I bought my vehicle on June 11 2022 and check engine light came on November 2022. I live about two hours away from dealership I explained to them that if I drove there I would need the problem fixed. Never did they mention that a diagnostic would cost 160+ repair if warranty did not cover even though I had paid two year warranty and its only been less than six months after I bought the car. The car does not accelerate correctly and has a lot of tension while driving which is not safe for me and my three young kids. When contacting them they never mention prices I then left the car there Tuesday, December 13, 2022 and picked up my car December 14, 2022 and my husband had to miss a day and a half of work because of this problem. Paid out-of-pocket $440 even though this issue happened only six months after purchasing an $18,000 car. after driving it only one time after repair same problem has came up. I gave them a call and let them know I was very upset and very inconvenient for me and one of the gentleman recommended taking my car to AutoZone to be connected to the computer so they can tell me the code before I went to the dealership and they had to charge me again for running a diagnostic which costs 160$. Now I am car-less because too afraid to drive. This issue should have been resolved with no extra charge from the dealership.I also mentioned that airbag service light has been on since the day I purchased car and the day I took the car in for service they said it was a wire that was loose and they had fixed it well now when the check engine light came on again that same airbag service light is on. This is extremely concerning considering Im driving my three kids all the time.Business response
