I believe I was scammed.I moved my mom from ******* to ********, I was quoted $400 which I felt was a little low but ******************* appeared to be a stand up guy after multiple conversations.I left a $130 deposit It was to be picked up on 3/19/2024 Today is 3/20 the car has not been picked up.They did not contact me, I had to call numerous times to be told that the driver had issues with his truck.I was also told that they would get someone else. The price doubled to $800 then after multiple calls it went down to$700.This is a total scam now he is telling me there is a$200 cancellation fee and I do not have my car shipped. I had to cancel plane tickets get a hotel room which could have been funds allocated the shipment of the vehicle had they been upfront and honest.

On/about 11/27/23 I entered into an agreement with Voyager Transportation Services to move my golf cart from Rockford MI to ********* ** for ******. I paid a ****** deposit via credit card. On the agreed upon pickup date/time I was informed by '***' that there was a 'strike' on that route 'due to the high price of gas' and the driver was not able to pick up the cart, (The price of gas is the lowest it has been in 2 years) however he found another driver that was willing to accept the load for double the price, (*******) We communicated via text and voice several times and via text '***' admitted that the original driver changed his mind and did not want to drive the add'l distant for the agreed upon price. I requested a refund, but was reminded that these were 'circumstances beyond their control' and I was bound by the terms of the contract. I replied that the driver changing his mind voided the agreement and I as due a refund, but no refund was issued. This was an absolute bait and switch scheme as I found no evidence of a 'strike' and the driver's decision was a circumstance he created, not beyond his control. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Automotive transportation company did not honor their contract. Now is harassing my about their failures. Lies upon lies when their staff communicates at me. Does not listen, just speaks over me. Speaks at me, not with me. Dishonest business. Tried to extort higher price, more than double the price they offered on the contract. This constitutes as fraud, and harassment.

We were trying to ship a car across **********. On a website for shipping bidding, voyager transportation gave a low bid, required a $200 deposit through Venmo. Communication after that was very sporadic, unreliable, and very shifty. They have excuses upon excuses constantly, and provide zero services. On closer inspection with the *** website, they log, no miles, and they do not have insurance. They have no ability or intention of providing a service for shipping vehicles. It is purely a financial deposit scam on a larger scale than meets the eye. Due to the nature of Venmo transactions, unless goods and services is check marked you have no recourse because you are trusting that to be a friends and family transaction that you know and trust that recipient and you have no rights. They know that, and they rush you. And then provide nothing but scripted revolving excuses and unanswered calls. Once you try to make any kind of formal complaint or action against them, they block your number. $200 doesnt really raise much of an eyebrow these days but if they do it 10 or more times a day thats a pretty good paycheck dont you think? Working from home with your driver sitting beside you, taking the call to say oh, I have engine troubles, trailer, troubles, delays, traffic, excuse after excuse while you can heardispatcher sitting beside him on another call, scamming another innocent citizen.

I contracted with voyager transportation solutions on 6/29/23 to shop my camper on 6/29/23 from ******* ** to ***************** *********** paid the $250 down payment on 6/28 with the understanding that they would pick **"in the afternoon" on 6/29/23. I texted ******************* around 3 pm on 6/29 to see where they were. He responded with "checking" within 20 minutes. At 4pm I came and left a message. He caked back, finally, at 5pm trekking me the truck had engine problems and wouldn't be picking up. He promised the issue was sorted and they would pick up my camper between 1 and 2 pm on 6/30. I texted *** at 11am this morning to make sure they were picking up and there were no delays. He had not responded back. If it's more 2:30 pm on 6/30, my camper has not been picked up, no one has called me nor responded to my text or my call to the company number. I want my money back since they have not followed through on their promise.

I arranged for a vehicle pickup with Voyager Transportation Solutions. I made sure they knew weeks in advance the date and said it had to be done during business hrs. *********** took a down-payment of ****** dollars and that I had to pay the driver ****** at the time of arrival and assured me that it would be picked up by noon. They told me they would let me get back to me at a closer date. The day before they had me sign another contract saying i would pay 225 at the time of delivery which was not the original quote. The day of the pickup I called asking where the driver was and if they had the vehicle. They said that they had road issues with a tire and that the pickup would be at around 6pm. I said that wouldn't be possible due to it being past business hrs and that there would be no one there to provide the keys to the vehicle. I asked if I could get a refund since they couldn't provide the services. They said I should hide the key on the vehicle and I told them that was not an option as this was a sherrifs office and that they don't leave keys laying around. I told him that's how cars get stolen and a stolen police car is never good. They continue to try and have me go through with the impossible pickup and I told them there was nothing I could do because it was past business hrs and that they failed to provide the pickup on time. I just asked for a refund but they said they had spent all the money already which I see very unlikely. I am just requesting a refund of ****** in US Currency. and that this company gets inspections done. I read several reviews of this company and they are know to rip people off if their money.

Contract ** a transport of running operational vehicle from ** to ** for the amount of $450 and was required to deposit $150 up front to lock schedule. Once contract was in place I received a call saying drivers truck broke down and he couldnt do the job but they found another driver that would do it for an additional $800. I refused and demanded my deposit back for breach of contract and they refused to refund but in turn demanded an additional $50 to suffice their cancellation fee of $200 . These guys are pure bait and switch scammers and should be jailed. I ended up getting another company do the job for $600 total and only had to pay driver upon delivery of my vehicle. Buyers/Customers beware!! All of the folks I talked with were speaking in a very heavy ****** accent in their speech. Hate to seem racist but I see a commonly denominator in this issue.

On 1/13/23 I helped my in-laws put a $100 deposit down to have their ** moved 44 miles. They booked with Voyager Transportation Solutions. I spoke with *********************** at ************ and he took $100 deposit over the phone. The ** was scheduled to be moved 1/19/23 but the phone number is no longer in service and nobody showed up to transport the **. The website is:*************************************** ********************************************************************** Phone ************** Nobody answers at the business phone listed on the website either. Attached in the photos you will see Order # *********-VT along with receipts for deposit and detailed instructions for the move set up for 1/19/23. Apparently, this is some sort of scam because I cannot find any solid information about this company.
