Fees paid upfront:Apr 11, 2023 -Trademark $440 December 2, 2022 -Classifications ********************************** subtotal: $1,500.00 Tax (13%): $195.00 Total: $1,695.00 $440 + $565 + $1,695 = $2,700 Invoice shows "Final payment gave ownership rights, Trademark process is complete and the paperwork was expected to be delivered within 40 business days". It is now over 90 days since last payment, nothing has been delivered and I was called again today to pay another $399 to claim of copyrights @2023.Initial Complaint

Over the last year I have been strung along by the company. It was a website that was supposed to be built around using the **** label broker software. They built a site, that never functioned to spec. They constantly added additional charges. Whenever I refused a charge something happened, like my website was taken down. They said by ******* I tried to by an add from ****** and was told that Premier Logo took the site down. When they couldn't ************* Broker software integrated all of a sudden my site was "hacked". That they could get an "ethical hacker" to fix it all. I paid for security from them. They are the ones that should be safe guarding the site. Lastly, they said I don't own the site even though I transferred it to them from Wix solely because they promised they could do the Label Broker integration. They say they don't even have the source files but I can still see them on the developer link they sent me. They scammed me out of $7000.00. I would like my money back. PLD did not deliver the promised website, they offered 100% money back warrantied, they keep mankind substandard websites. They promised an online market website and until now I have not seen a complete operable website, Im very frustrated, I keep contacting them and they keep changing people. It has been a long time.I want a total refund amount. I paid over $4,000 and have not seen the website finilized.Initial Complaint

*Date of transaction 11/25/2020 *The amount of money you paid the business I paid $500 at 11/25/2020 and another $500 several months later. Total $1000.*What the business committed to provide you They should provide me a website.*What the nature of the dispute We agreed on the business website packet that cost $3000. They told me they need 8 weeks to finish the website. After 10 months, they provide me a basic website that is unrelated what we agreed.*Whether or not the business has tried to to resolve the problem We had wanted to make a dispute 5 months ago because they couldn't finish on the due time. They told us they need 3 more months. After 3 months they still didn't finish it and told me they will finish it 100% at August 25. After I emailed several times they send me a basic thing at August 31. When I called them, they said they need more time. This is what they sent me;http://dev20.onlinetestingserver.com/cabinet_bazaar/They hung up the phone when I want my money back
