Waited over 5 months to receive product, Also their website makes it seem like its all made in the *** in house, it is NOT.Havent even seen the table yet, as it is packaged in a large wooden container.Its just a coffee table so I certainly didnt think I would need to spend the extra money to have their white glove delivery. Their products are already overpriced. Will never order from them again!!

We ordered a coffee table from Sierra Living concepts and couldn't be more pleased with the product! Gorgeous wood, superior craftsmanship, get lots of compliments in our beach home. Great customer service too!

I ordered a buffet cabinet from Serria Living Concepts in December. I requested updates on the delivery of the item and heard nothing back. Finally, the item was shipped, and it took weeks to get to my home in *****************. Finally, the item arrived at my door. I paid $499.00 for white glove delivery, and we spent over 4,50O on the cabinet. Upon shipment or creation, the item was significantly damageda split down the side of the wood. The company wanted me to accept delivery, and then they'd inspect it and tell me how they would refund it. No! They unwrapped the item in my driveway and took pictures of the damage, and this wasn't enough. He told me if I didn't accept the item, the resolution would be hung up for weeks! Weeks! Why? It is damaged. No one wants new damaged furniture! No one. No one wants new, patched, damaged furniture. No one.

My furniture showed up with mold. The 2nd time it was cracked 3rd time the furniture cracked again. Took two full years and all 3 *************** was defective!!! Absolutely horrible company

I paid over 4k for a dining table that when I received was warped and had holes in the top of the table so that you could see the floor. First they offered a furniture "touch-up" kit. When I declined they offered to send a repair person out. The third party said the table CANNOT be repaired and is warped and will only get worse. They offered $350 refund and said it would likely get better with time. The table is so messed up I don't even think I could give it away. Planning on suing.

They sent ** the wrong color bedroom set and refuse to send the right color and only apologizes and offers a 500 dollar refund off the **** we paid in full before shipping which was not in our agreement. They simply charged my card without warning back in September. We are seeking legal action...

We found this company while browsing online for a Wine Bar. We fell in love with one and I quickly ordered it. I did not even know they were all handmade at the time. **************** was wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and helped with an address snafu and more! The Wine Bar is better than we imagined. Amazing workmanship. Packed like they were protecting a dozen eggs! Yes it took a long time (over 2 months) to get my piece. But SO worth the wait! We love it!

I was delighted to find this business and was encouraged by the option for customization. I spoke twice with the companies design person, spending perhaps 3 hours total on the phone. I was looking at a piece with a cost of $8K to $9K. Exchanges with the designer seemed to grow tense as I expressed that I couldnt envision what she was creating. Im not sure how an experienced designer felt that I could engage with her in a design process that I couldnt myself see. The baffling piece was this: I had a buffet and hutch that I wanted to stand 8 feet tall. The lower piece sat at a height of ****. With 8 feet to work with (96) I should have had approximately 60 left for the hutch. The designer said with framing and the crown molding taken into account I had 40 inches to work with, somehow losing 20 inches of vertical space. This is where things went downhill. Looking at an existing hutch in my home that was just 6 inches taller I tried to express how this loss of 20 of space confused me. Even as I expressed this she continued to press me for desired measurements. She actually made fun of me, saying You said 10 inches, then 11 inches, then 12. Which is it? I tried to tell her I couldnt envision any of it given the measurements she gave me. I think her 40 inch working space was simply wrong and that she never paused to reflect on that. She then stopped abruptly and in her polite way of HANGING UP ON ME said she needed to go to work on the design and she would send it to me which, of course, she never did. Im glad to have had this experience because it made me look at reviews of the business which are less than stellar. Why are you not a member of the BBB? I was also under the false impression the furniture was made in the US (purely my oversight). I didnt investigate enough since I was impressed by the solid wood creations. I have doubled down on finding a local furniture maker who will actually work with me, not against me, as I help create this piece.

I ordered 2 chairs on Jan. 23, 2022. I received the chairs on July 15, 2022. Six months for 2 chairs and none of this was related to supply chain. This is their normal delivery. This was never communicated when I placed my order. After a tremendous amount of frustration I gave up. I will never order from this company again and if I had known would have never ordered in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a cabinet in March. After several months of waiting I was told it would ship by mid June. I contacted them in the last week of June and they said the item would ship the next day. A week later the on line status still shows preparing to ship. Since it is shipping by slow boat from Asia who knows if and when I will see it. They took my money in full when I placed the order. Scam artists!
