January 2022, an employee of Central Valley Pool Service would park in my driveway and leak oil causing permanent oil stains on the driveway. I attempted to call the company to advise them of the issue and left a voicemail with my name and phone number, no one called back. This happened every week in January and February. In March, when their employee stopped showing up to service the pool, I called to inquire why. I left a voicemail and no one called back. In (I believe April) I took a sample of my pool water to ******** ***** to see what I needed to do to keep the pool from getting bad since the pool service stopped with no notice. ******** advised that the pool water was so toxic from either the wrong chemicals or the wrong amounts that I needed to drain the pool completely and start over. I have a disability and not enough money to hire someone to do that, so I had to do it myself. However, I still had to rent the equipment since I don’t own a water pump. Then, I started to receive bills for over $800 from this company for their services. I attempted to call them every month when I would get a bill. I left several voicemails asking someone to call me back and I left my name and number every time. No one ever called me back. In November I received a bill with a letter from a person named ******* ****. The letter stated I had until December 31st to pay the bill or make payment arrangements. I called, left a voicemail mentioning her name. No one called. I emailed the email address on the letter on December 13th giving my contact phone number, name, and description of the issues. No one called or emailed me back. I would like to resolve this out of court and without going to collections. But no one calls back or responds to emails. I don’t know what to do! I am willing to call it even on the damages which far exceed the amount they say I owe, if they will agree to stop billing me and not send me to collections.

Shame on the office staff!! Terrible customer service!!! They do not answer the phone, they will not call me back, and the email address provided on-line comes back as undeliverable. I am very displeased with their billing practices. Early on they tried billing me for services I did not receive, but after some work, they admitted they inadvertently billed me for another customer's service. My current issue is that I paid for services in advance and expected they would invoice me monthly for any ongoing services I owed. Nope - no invoices for five months and now a very large bill saying I owe them back fees. I have tried calling, emailing, texting, writing in their customer contact portal on their website, and left a note on the gate for the service tech to have the office call me, but crickets is what I have heard. I will send a registered letter to cancel my service and if that doesn't work, I will file a complaint with the BBB.
