      ****** Pacific Athletics want to file a complaint against clothing vendor Printasaurus, located in ******, CA. Printasaurus was a third-party vendor that facilitated an order with Adidas Company (an athletic shoe and apparel company) that was filled for ****** Pacific University. We ordered $13K worth of athletic apparel from Printasaurus more than a year ago. We received $7,700 the merchandise and returned it back to Printasaurus. We never received a refund. The remainder of the merchandise ordered, $5,300, was never received. We have tried for more than a year to collect the apparel we ordered or a refund, and to collect a refund on the items returned. At the beginning, multiple phone calls were made to Printasaurus, and their response was “We are working on it”. After awhile the owner stopped responding to phone calls and emails. This past July 2021, we’ve visited the company. He relayed a message to us, via an employee, that he was busy and unable to meet at that time, but would contact us to arrange a meeting date for the following Monday. We never heard from the company via email, mail, or phone. A few more phone calls were made to Printasaurus with no response or return email. We’ve also visited the company, but he spoke through one of his workers that he was busy and unable to meet, but he would contact us. We never heard from the company via email, mail, or phone. In the beginning, multiple phone calls were returned but excuses were made each time we tried to meet with them. Our initial contact for asking for refund was March 3, 2021. Items were returned in the Fall of 2020.

      Good morning!  We received orders from Fresno Pacific University for Adidas items for their athletics program.  All orders and items were placed with multiple different lead times and received to be embellished as per the instruction from al the coaches and Athletic Director.  Upon receipt of good, much of which back ordered, some of the coaches had decided to return items that were replaced by different items the players and coaches wanted.  All returned items were credited on every invoice reflecting the correct balance when payments were made.  Our current records show that all credits were posted to all accounts and if there is a discrepancy we will work through the details and clear up any issues with their account.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY if Printasaurus is willing and wanting to work with us.  Printasaurus has to provide a viable point-of-contact to work with as we have not had anyone willing to communicate to resolve this problem since the start.  We are ready and willing to talk now.  Our point-of-contact is ***** *********. He can contacted at ###-###-####. He is in the office 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
