Service man Arturo was great, came out early on a Sunday morning and quickly got my AC running. Two parts had to be replaced but were covered under warranty, so my bill was for labor only. I am a bit unhappy with the answering service and partially myself in that I did not know/remember that as a super saver customer, I got priority weekend service. Because of this delay, we endured one of the hottest days (109) in fresno with no AC. The answering service asked me if I was covered under warranty and since the unit is about 7 years old, only some parts were still covered. But I think the answering service should have clarified this super saver priority service with me.Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning, Inc. Response

Gilbert came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our ac unit. The blower motors needed to be replaced, so Gilbert arranged to have a new one delivered to the house that day. Michael and Branden came to replace the evaporator coil in my home AC unit. They were punctual, professional, and performed the work really well. Michael explained everything to me and I am looking forward to a cool summer indoors. I highly recommend Donald P. Dick for your home AC and heating needs. When my old HVAC system failed during the hottest part of summer, I did some research and shopped around. I got several quotes from some of the bigger companies in town. This company offered a quality system well below their competitors [emphasis added to WELL BELOW]. I checked their BBB reviews and did not find any red flag so I decided to go with this company. Donald P Dick technicians replaced my old HVAC system with new Lennox system. The installation was quick and easy. I had a call back to re-adjust a couple of dampers for better air distribution. They were quick to schedule an appointment and get the job done. I couldn't be happier with the AC upgrade and my lower utility bills, Donald P Dick installed quality equipment at a reasonable price. The installation and follow-up work was fantastic. If you are looking to upgrade your system, do yourself a favor and give this company a call and get a quote.Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning, Inc. Thank you Mr **** - we are pleased the process was easy and dependable along the way. Replacing old systems can be challenging and expensive, and we do the best to be affordable. The ten-year full system warranty gives peace of mind!
