            Hawk air was contracted with warranty company. Called warranty company in May 2022 about A/C not working properly. They sent Hawk Air, who than came out stated a connection was burned. Months went by without hearing from Hawk air, no phone call, no letter NOTHING. Tried calling no answer unable to leave message. Reached out to the warranty company who said they gave Hawk air approval for the work that needed to be done. In the mean time we purchased some portable window A/Cs as summer was approaching. Friday Aug 12th we received a phone call from Hawk stating they are coming out tomorrow Saturday Aug 13th to come switch out the condenser. Never at any point did anyone say anything about changing the condenser, nor did anyone ever go into the attic to check the coil. On Saturday Aug 13th after Hawk Air switched out the condenser, the technician went into the attic for the final connections. After about an hour the technician comes out & says I have good news & bad news. Good news AC working bad news AC not cooling like it’s supposed to due to the coil not compatible with new condenser which they should of checked prior to changing. It’s now September 26th nothing has been done to try & fix or switch out coil. I have called multiple times no answer & unable to leave messages. About 2 weeks after the condenser was switched out a gal named ***** called as she was following up on open orders that have not been “closed/completed” I explained to her the situation & said I will get back to you in regards to when the job should get completed. Needless to say we are still waiting. I’ve have made multiple attempts to try & reach out to Hark air & *****. They have NO respect for their customers. I would like some help to resolve this issue.
