We took our dog to this ER because the other 24 hour vet er's were all busy. Our dog Flash had a severe head tilt, was falling over on 1 side just didn't look good. The vet didn't check his temperature because he didn't have a thermometer in the room. The Vet also didn't really look in his ears which is a concern because ear infections is a cause of head tilting. He said oh his ears look ok but didn't use the tool to look in his ears. He took him to the back and said oh he needs all of this stuff done. $2,175 later, they said they did a ear flush cleaning, gave him medication, ear drops. We picked him up the next day because they said he needed to stay over night. I believe they did that to get extra money. So we picked him up the next day and his head was still tilted bad. We did the ear drops and noticed a ton of black gunk in his ears which if they cleaned it wouldn't have any. We took him to our vet 5 days later. The vet said no they didn't clean his ears. He looked with a tool and said it is he really has inflammation. So they flushed his ears, gave him a steroid injection. And 2 hours later we picked him up the vet said his ear had eruption. With the ear medication they gave and medication and shot plus ear cleaning he already looked much better. He was back to himself 1 day later. I think this place lies and just wants $$$$$. I wish we could get our money back because they didn't even try to help him. Please do not ever go here.
