    My Business ordered a suspension lift kit for a customers truck that the customer gave us the details on the truck that we had never seen. FTS told us they had a kit to fit the year make and model of truck. We then placed the order with **** at FTS and got the parts in and the customer came to pick up the parts. The customer then noticed it was not going to fit his very rare truck that had a solid front axel. I told the customer I would get ahold of FTS and see what they would do to help us out on returning the $6000 lift kit. I reached out to FTS on 4/29/22 and asked **** to see what we could do. He then told us that they would work with us and let us know what they could do. NEVER to get a call back we called several time over the next couple weeks, finally getting an email to one of the owners, Email sent on 6/6/2022. Yet again no reply or phone call telling us anything. On 6/27/22 I refunded my customer as I could not get him an answer from FTS and I like to take care of my customer and do what I say im going to do. After going back and forth with **** a few more times, he agreed I should just send the kit back and they could figure out how we go about it after they got it back. So we shipped it back to CA. Now last week when Fedex tried to deliver the shipment FTS declined the package and I have a $6000 lift kit sitting in CA somewhere. I have called 4 Times in the last 2 days and all. I get is " you will have to talk to ****". But I he is the one I have been emailing for 3 months and can't get a call back or an email reply. This could have been a lot easier if he would just call me back and tell me something.
