My vehicle had undercarriage damage owner said he could fix it. He said the vehicle passed all the test and it should be fine. Once I picked my vehicle up it had loud noises no oil he wouldnt test drive it with me. ***** stated that hes not liable for the situation. Drove the vehicle 3 miles it stopped in the middle of the road. He towed it back to his shop. He said he would fix what was wrong. He told my there wasnt an issue with my motor that it was my battery and spark plugs that he would change them. When I got to my vehicle everything was still the same and he stated that I should buy a new engine. But when my vehicle was first taken to his shop tow truck driver from ****** towing cranked my car to drive it off the bed of the truck. My car had writing on the windows dont crank no oil. Owner of the shop employees saw the tow truck driver drive my car down. None of these things were mentioned to me until after I paid my money. Honestly if his workers saw this they shouldve never tried fixing my vehicle. Im without a vehicle I feel like hes liable. You saw this happen and said you could fix everything but now everything isnt working. I have a video but not able to upload it.Business response

VEHICLE WAS IN A COLLISION AS WE WERE TOLD BY THE COSTUMER AND WAS DROPPED OFF BY THE *** COMPANY SHE HIRED. WHEN THE *** DRIVER PULLED INTO THE DRIVEWAY, HE DROVE IT OFF THE **** AND ONTO OUR PARKING LOT. SHE STATED THAT I WAS HERE TO SEE HIM DRIVING IT OFF BUT I WAS NOT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES WAS. HE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE NO OIL BEING IN THE *** SINCE THE *** DRIVER DROVE IT OFF HIMSELF AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE *** WAS HERE FOR, BECAUSE HE IS ONLY HERE FOR CLEANUP NOT AN ACTUAL TECHNICIAN. I AGAIN SPOKE TO THE COSTUMER AND GAVE HER THE COST OF REPAIRS TO HER VEHICLE FROM THE COLLISION AND LET HER KNOW THIS WORK HAD TO BE DONE BEFORE WE KNOW IF ANY OTHER DAMAGE WAS DONE INTERNALLY OR TO FIND OUT IF HER ENGINE WAS STILL OK. SHE APPROVED REPAIRS. INSPECTED ONCE PAN WAS REMOVED, ENGINE DIDNT HAVE ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE FROM THE IMPACT. INSTALLED ALL PARTS AS WELL AS FREON AND OIL TO THE ENGINE. STARTED UP VEHICLE AND RAN FINE WITH NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OR ANY PENDING CODES AFTER SCANNING VIHICLE WITH REPAIRS COMPLETED. LET VEHICLE REACH NORMAL OPERATING TEMPERATURE ALLOWING FANS TO TURN ON AND TURN OFF BY THEMSELVES LETTING US KNOW THE VEHICLE WAS NOT OVERHEATING. TOOK FOR A DRIVE DOWN THE **** AND BACK TO THE **** AND LET COSTUMER KNOW THE VEHICLE WAS READY. COSTUMER CALLS A COUPLE MINUTES LATER LETTING US KNOW THAT THE VEHICLE HAD SHUT OFF. I SENT A *** TRUCK TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE SO WE CAN INSPECT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, WE LET HER KNOW IT IS POSSIBLE THE ENGINE PISTON RINGS GAVE OUT AND ADVISED TO REPLACE THE ENGINE. I DO NOT FEEL WE ARE AT FAULT FOR THE DAMAGES TO HER VEHICLE. WHEN WE NOTIFIED HER AND LET HER KNOW THE POSSABILITIES OF THE ENGINE BEING DAMAGED WERE ALWAYS PRESENT TO HER FROM WHEN I SPOKE TO HER. WE UNDERSTAND HER FRUSTRATION AND I SENT HER PICTURES OF THE ***** PLUGS ON HER VEHICLE THAT WE DID REPLACE AND DID NOT CHARGE HER FOR THAT ARE STILL IN HER VEHICLE. AS WELL AS THE BATTERY TERMINAL THAT WE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE THAT IS STILL ON HER VEHICLE AS WELL. I WOULD BE WILLING TO GIVE A PARTIAL REFUND EVEN THOUGH I FEEL IT IS NOT MY OBLIGATION BECAUSE THIS IS A COLLISION REPAIR AND IT IS UNKNOWN TO US HOW LONG THEY DROVE IT AFTER THE DAMAGE TO THE OIL PAN OCCURED.Customer response

Hi I'm writing my response to say that I would like to get this issue resolved. I am without a vehicle due to this matter. I know my vehicle had undercarriage damage. I still think you guys are liable for this incident. My car had do not crank no oil written on the windows. The driver from your company did not do his job well. Even though you guys spoke with AAA there still should have been a resolution. However this is a back and forth situation because A&A auto is saying that you guys damaged my vehicle and provided video. I don't know what the case is but I would like to be compensated in some kind of way.Sincerely,
