I opted out of overdraft protection on Jan 10th 2022. 3 weeks later they were back at it covering my overdrafts to the tune of $36 for 3 in a row. When I opted out of the program I was told they would no longer pay any item that would cause an overdraft. They continue to do so… ignoring the fact I opted out. These were not ACH items they were charging me overdrafts on they were one time only purchases. When I called to have them remove the fees which were causing even more fees they would not return my calls or get in contact with me to resolve the issue… They did refund one of 3 $36 fees However they still owe me $72 for fees that they had no business charging me for.Business response
