I went into this facility for a french pedicure and after she had prep my feet I was then informed that they didn't have the product to complete my requested service. I was informed by the student Minerva that they didn't have any white polish to complete the service that I had requested to be done. Originally when I scheduled the appointment I advised them of what type of pedicure that I wanted. After they failed to complete my request and being advised of this after the fact, I then requested a refund. I was denied a refund and I then asked to speak with the operations manager. I was then told that she wasn't available. I then left my my contact information for her to return my call and it's been approximately 2 weeks and still no response. I then called up ***** who is their competitor and received a 5 star rating excellent customer service. I paid 10 dollars less for the requested service and they did an excellent job job. The issue is they waited after the fact when it came for time for the product to be applied to advise me of this. They leads employees who assist in running this facility are very rude and can care less about trying to resolve an issue that was their fault in the first place. I was very disappointed in the service & their unprofessional staff. I have advised my family and friends not to support this facility in any kind of service and how rude of a demeanor the staff showed because they couldn't provide a service which I had paid for. Later I found out that Suzanne F******* the lead/owner was the one who scheduled the appointment and didn't know that her facility didn't have the proper utilities to provide the french pedicure that I had advised her of. They don't care about their customers and are very rude to their students who helps maintain the facility. If the requested service couldn't be done they should've never taken my money and should've properly advised me in advance that they didn't have the product to complete my request.

If I could I'd give this business a zero if that was an option be careful Do your research about this school and the way they handle things i paid the whole tuition up front due to the price I was given if I was to pay it all at once was back on April 4th of 2023. The payment got taken out immediately on April 8th I was contacted by the school and told that the promotions I was offered we're not allowed by the owner but that the admissions lady that handled my contract was not there & I would have to wait 3 days more for more information. She called me on the 4/11/23 and and just said sorry and that I had to go in personally to sign a paper in order to get my refund and that it would take 7 to 10 business days to go back on my credit card. I waited to the 11th day to ask for an update and because at that point I had been charged interest on the amount that I Was supposed to had gotten back. At that point I was told that I could take a whole 30 days for the refund. In May was told it could be 100 days. I don't know what type of scam they are running but it is not fair for families to have to struggle to make all kinds of arrangements in order to pursue a career. The school had also given the same price to a friend after we had recommended 3 days after we paid and was told a day later never mind. But thankfully he hadn't paid and transferred from the other school yet. He had only been making all the arrangements This has put a lot of stress & hardship on our family. And anytime that I reach out to the school it seems like we just keep on getting the runarounds.Why would the school set families up for failure. It is not fair that they can and do this to families & get away with it.especially with now seeing so many bad reviews of how they have screwed over many families I honestly don't know how they are still open. It is 6/8/23 and I'm out about $7600ish on money that I could have used on other bills. Also their correct address is **** * **** *** *** *** ****** **
