On 10/24/22 I had an accident and was admitted to the hospital. Apparently Radiology Associates of Nevada performed some kind of service for me. I never received a bill from them...EVER. Then I received a phone call from them telling me I owed them money **************. I called them, someone in the ********** who was extremely rude and inept told me that I owed them an amount in the $200 range due to penalties, when my original amount was $161. I asked for them to waive the amount. Months have gone by, I call them to speak to a supervisor and they tell me someone will reach out to me and nobody does. I want to resolve this and refuse to pay penalties when I had no knowledge of this charge. I pride myself on having good credit and have always paid my bills . This company is not responsive at all.Initial Complaint

I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section **** of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1.
