First of all I would leave 0 stars if I could! I’m writing this response to an order placed today I did the review to get the free $20 edible last order which by the way took at least four hours and they forgot it the first time so they were supposed to send me 2 $20 edibles today and they end up sending me like 2 $5 edibles not to mention that the delivery took 6 hours today! like wtf this is such bad service they have given me these last couple of times I’m very disappointed I hope that they can fix this because it’s unacceptable And the representative I just spoke to today was such a fucking asshole he even fucking swore at me and told me to suck his dick what kind of fucking customer service is this hopefully I don't come across old boy because let me tell you the disrespect was so fucking unbelievable! Will never fucking order from these guys again and definitely reporting all this to the better business bureau! (This is exactly the review I left on the company)Business response

To whom it may concern,Unfortunately we will not be able to provide any type of compensation towards this transaction, customer is complaining that he received 2 free items and he wants better free items, the only issue is we actually banned this customer for his inappropriate language he was using towards our female dispatchers… We actually banned him from ordering with us and he is no longer able to purchase cannabis products through us anymore what so ever… The decision is final as he violated company policies… If the customer simply called us and asked to get compensated nicely without using appropriate language towards our female dispatchers we would be easily able to assist him… also not to mention we are actually an award winning delivery service and was given a reward for best customer service 2021… We don’t really appreciate the unprofessionalism this customer brought and especially the disrespect towards our female employees!Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
They are completely falsifying the events of that night as I never even spoke to any female dispatcher the night of the incident so they are lying about me using inappropriate language toward female dispatch because I didn’t speak to one and also I have 7 daughters of my own and am happily married so I don’t even know why I would do anything like that as I wouldn’t like another man doing that to one of my daughters I also have my wife as a witness that can tell you I never spoke to any females the day of the incident, and I just can’t believe that the company would stoop so low as to lie about such a thing, that is totally disrespectful and disgusting that they would do such a thing. like I already said the male dispatcher I spoke to that night cursed at me and told me to perform an inappropriate sexual act to him and told me that I can go f*** myself as well. I seriously cannot believe that the company is going as low as lying about the events of that evening and I also have screen shots of how long the deliveries took and also screenshots of other similar bad review that others have left about them
