I purchased a vehicle from Blackstone Chevrolet (Kia K5 LXS) the 22nd of July, 2023. The vehicle had a couple of issues from the beginning, which is/was an alignment issue, missing clips on the passenger seat, missing tire caps which Blackstone Chevrolet said they would cover per Roy C*******, and Danny J******. It still has yet to be covered/fixed. A week after purchase the AC started blowing hot air, I called Blackstone Chevrolet notifying them of the issue, they set up an appointment with me August 18th, 2023 at 10:30AM. I drove 8 hours from Phoenix, AZ to Blackstone Chevrolet just for them to deny me of service due to them telling me "the alignment machine is down" and they wouldn't check the AC either because its under KIA's Factory warranty still. They offered to give us the alignment on them at another facility. After being denied of service i went to a KIA nearby from Blackstone Chevrolet and told them everything that was going on and they did a quick inspection on the AC. They told me that the AC had issues with the electrical system and that Blackstone Chevrolet should cover it due to them selling the car like that. I drove back to Arizona to go get my car fixed at Camelback Kia. I contacted Blackstone Chevrolet again, and Chris G******* the sales manager said that they would handle it with Camelback Kia. Danny Ja***** the sales manger said that they would cover the alignment. I dropped off the car at Camelback Kia, and waited for them to give me the diagnostic on the car. The diagnostic came back and the AC Condenser was found with a hole in the condenser($1,556.52), the alignment was indeed unaligned, the engine air filter was filthy ($39.95), and the Cabin air filter was also filthy ($69.95). Camelback Kia contacted Blackstone Chevrolet, Camelback Kia then called me and left a message saying "I spoke with the gentleman from Chevy and he said he did not have anything set up for you" (August 30, 2023) Contacted Blackstone and Danny J****** Denied talking.
