              Yes I I hired ***** ****** on September 7th 2021 for a quinceanera event he was my DJ dancing instructor cake and Etc when we signed the contract on September 7th he told me my next payment was not due until September 15th 2021 he called me September 10th and asked me if he can get the money in advance because he was having PG&E problems so I gave him my second payment early and he gave me a second contract the first day we had practice we showed up to his Studio and he took my 14 kids around the corner from the studio to practice outside in the street because he rented his Studio for a wedding event the second time we went to practice she took the kids down in the basement 14 kids including me we had no AC or air dim the lights went out when we were down there he said that they were doing construction outside so everybody's lights were out but when we went upstairs his lights were the only one out then the kids had a using the restroom because he said she rented the top up so he don't want to interrupt him well I took my grandson to use the restroom he showed the kids a hole in the bottom of the basement and let them play in there well it was unsafe rocks and dirt falling everywhere some of the kids recorded it so I told him 2 Days Later that he's not looking for out for the kids safety and I want them dancing in the studio how I hired him for he told me to take him to court and block my number I also found out through the city the three addresses that he has located at he has no business license permit to work I also have text messages from the first practice when he was trying to pick a fight over I guess he felt that he was getting disrespectful because I lay down during practice I guess there is already a complaint with you guys about a wedding event he also did or at least that's what I'm reading on your internet page I had to go hire somebody at the last minute and that was very much wrong I did call Fresno PD soon as he sent me that text telling me he's blocking my number and take him to court

              This Julio B***** guy is a Fraud! Do not have any business with this man he is out to steal your money. He rents out his dance studio for events. I just recently had one September 4, 2021. What started out as a perfect venue to have my event in turned out to be a nightmare. He promised so many things at first so we can give a deposit that about a month prior to our event he started changing things on us. My event was a wedding so we informed him prior that we needed to rehearse the day before he said that was fine come that August he said it would be an additional $300 so we can rehearse and if we didnt want to pay we would have to wait the week off to see if he didnt have a contract with someone else. He called us the friday prior and said he ended up not having a contact but would be having practice. We ended up showing up at 8pm and set up tables and chairs didnt finish till 12pm. The day of the event he showed up with his crew to practice at the hall. Keep in mind it was already booked he had no right to do that everything was paid for. He showed up every now and then just staring at my guests they felt very uncomfortable by it. We paid for security which was $150 from 6pm-12am we then ended up paying extra since we extended the event till 2pm so he told us we would be paying for security also but the security never showed up. Asked for a reimbursement and only fave us 150 and not 200 that we had paid for security. He said because we didnt put the chairs and tables back informed him that should have been covered with cleaning fees. He expected us to clean up how hall was given to us but we received hall dirty, kitchen was a mess full of spider and spiderwebs. He promises a working stove and fridge and neither of them work. Overall this is the worst place to have ur event in. Dont do business with this guy and if you do make sure everything is notated in the contract. Do not trust this guy!
