A few years back I paid for a never expiring membership to thunderdrive.io in order to upload and store data. Today I attempted to download any files/folders, and I get an error page, "Looks like something went wrong." Their "contact us" form errors out. Their chatbot doesn't work. There are many reviews online about how terrible they are, which I haven't seen before, until today. I just want my data back. I've tried to add my husband's email address to have him access the files, but I receive a message stating I don't have rights to do that. It's like I don't have admin access to my own account.Initial Complaint

Advertised lifetime subscription 2TB cloud data. Product initially worked. Now it doesn't and there is no customer service response. This is a SCAM and the people should be arrested. Many people on internet complaining the sameInitial Complaint

I purchased a lifetime unlimited cloud storage and uploaded many gigabytes of data to the Thunderbird.io cloud. For the last few months now you can see your file names but you can no longer upload or download. The support service refuses to answer emails and I have researched and found that many other customers have had the same issue for many months.Initial Complaint

This business sold online data storage for money with a promise of safe file keeping. The service continues to swindle people. I have not been able to access my files for months, have not received a refund, and there is no customer service response. Total scam.Initial Complaint

This business provides storage for a fee. I have not been able to download any of my files for weeks. I have tried for weeks to contact the company from their "Contact Us" page, but have gotten no response whatsoever. Their "Chat" function on the same page doesn't work, either. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website, but it goes to voicemail and I'm not even sure it's anyone from the company.
