I purchase behind the wheel driving education for my daughter on 6/29/21. After I made my purchase I contacted them to schedule the sessions. Remind you, they don’t tell you in the website that you have to have your permit to get the behind the wheel education. So when I spoke to them and told them that it didn’t state that on the website and that I had already made that purchase. They said that she would have to her permit and once she does, then I can call to have her sessions scheduled. Unfortunately she just recently passed her written exam from the DMV in 7/28/22, and I went to look at their website, to try to get a hold of them to have my daughters sessions scheduled, it states that they are permanently closed down. I never got a notice in the mail or a phone call regarding the issue. My daughter never got her behind the wheel training as I had purchased for, and no reimbursement of my money back from this place. So they have my money, and no service was provided from them. I’m very upset about this situation, I feel robbed from this place. I don’t know who to reach out for because I can’t obviously get a hold of this place because it is closed down for business. Below is my bank statement for when I purchased the behind the wheel training course from the company. No receipt was given and no completion of the behind the wheel course was ever made.Initial Complaint

I pre paid for drivers Ed and behind the wheel lessons for my son to get his permit and drivers license. He recently passed his permit test at the DMV when I went to call Teen Safe Driving School phone # is disconnected and website is down. They have my money for a package I paid for and we did not receive the service. Now I have to pay another school for that service. Student must complete 6hr behind the wheel lessons.Initial Complaint

I signed my 15 year old daughter, ***** ********, up for driving lessons so that she could learn to drive and get her drivers license as the CA DMV requires 6 hours of behind the wheel training with an instructor. We paid up front for the 6 hours of driving lessons at Teen Safe Driving School at their Clovis, CA location and have completed 5 hours with a driving instructor. I called to schedule the last hour of driving with an instructor and find out that the business has closed without notifying me. All phone numbers (3) that I have for Teen Safe Driving School have been disconnected and their website has also disappeared from online. I have proof of payment for 6 hours of driving lessons but I have not received proof/signed certificate that we've completed 5 hours of training with an instructor and we are also missing the last hour of driving training that we have already paid for. I'd like to at least get a signed certificate from Teen Safe to provide proof of my daughter having received 5 hours of driving training. I'd like help contacting Teen Safe to get this certificate/proof of driving with an instructor.
