            On Wednesday 9/29/2021 at 06:24 pm i brought in a dress to Sterling cleaners for dry cleaning and to remove wrinkles on dress . Was charged a price of $12.95 and paid cash . The dress was said would be ready for pickup the following day . The dress was picked up and taken home , it was not taken out of dry cleaning plastic or hanger until Saturday 10/01/20201 for a family gathering on that day . Upon removing plastic it was obvious it still contained the same wrinkles and was not serviced in any form of dry cleaning , I drove back to Sterling cleaners to discuss this issue and was told no cash refunds are able to be given per the owners rules despite the dress being in the exact conditions as when it was brought in . I’ve made several attempts since Saturday 10/01/2021 up until today 10/06/2021 to get into contact with any manager or the owner but the staff is stating they aren’t in at any point I’ve come in to complain . It has been several days of no contact being made or refund .

            I requested a refund for cleaning and cost of garment after the new suit I requested to be steamed was ruined. Owner, Richard M***** was very rude and defensive from the inception of our call. He never apologized and yelled at me during the entire phone call. When I explained this suit was purchased to bury my brother, he hung up in my face. While I understand our difference in opinions regarding the refund, Richard was very unprofessional, insensitive, and rude when handling this situation. I have never received such poor customer service from anyone, and especially from an owner of a business.
