      I cancelled my personal training session on May 1st and was still charged $260 the following month. I asked my trainer what was going on and he stated I shouldnt have been charged and he would reach out for further assistance. After weeks of going back and forth, the company refused to refund me the money they took out and gave me different reasons to why they still charged me a month later. This has also happened to other people regarding being charged multiple times or having money taken out when they had already paid for services.

      Gym refuses to cancel my membership. Citing past due fees. I've only been a member for 3-4 months and each month my card is automatically charged....last month I was charged 113 dollars from 69 to 113 Citing annual fees. I have no past due fees. The gym refuses to cancel my membership and will affect my credit score. I just wanted to downgrade my membership...they refuse to accommodate and refuse to cancel leading tp outstanding membership dues and collections. I NEED HELP!!!

      The member reached out to cancel but had a past due balance as the payment was returned. We advised that the account would need to be brought up to date in order to cancel. We reached out to the member again via email but he said he would not be paying the balance. We offered a discounted balance so that we could resolve the issue and close the account and the member would not be in a past due state to which the member responded with curse words. We unfortunately were not able to come to a resolution with this member due to his aggressive nature but did let him know we are still willing to offer a discounted balance to resolve the account.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I was a member of vallet fitness for 2 months.  I paid for the membership 70 bucks the first month.  Which my membership was 69 dollars per month.  The following month i was charged 114 dollars.  I cancelled my membership this month.  I went in one morning, the young with female with glasses and curly hair tried to cancel my membership after i explained the over charge.  I cancelled my card after this unauthorized over charge of over 40 bucks.  The next month valley fitness again tried to steal money from me again.  I went in and spoke with some girl, and she said i need to pay 69 dollars to cancel my "past due" membership, AND THEN I CAN CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.  Which basically they wanted me to pay for the next month even though i was trying to cancel.  I called and spoke with ***** the manager and he also said i have to pay to cancel my membership.  I just wanted to cancel my membership.  I ABSOLUTELY NEVER CURSED, I WAS FRUSTRATED, THEY NEVER OFFERED A DISCOUNT!!!! ALL LIES!!!  i bet if you did some research on valley fitness customers, my story isnt the only one.
