            On Feb 6, 2024. I purchased a box of meat products from Pacific Prime ********* with the help of their employee ******* and *******. Due to the bad connection of their device, my card was swiped a second time. However, the transaction was completed one for $269.87 and $266.88 on the same day. I called the vendor on sameday after I found out that my card was charged 2x. I emailed the vendor with documentation multiple times i.e. Bank transaction and receipt. I tried reasoning with the vendor and even offered to view my bank account in real time, but the vendor insisted that they didn't have a record of the transaction.

            Apparently they think it's ok to solicit extra business in a mobile home park that has signs posted that clearly say "No Solicitation", and walk into a residents carport and yell into the back gate. I am an older female living alone. NOT OK!

            First and foremost, I apologize if my driver startled you. Second, we have a few customers in the neighborhood and my driver was making his deliveries as I told you yesterday when you called the office. You can call the office at any time to confirm that it is one of my employees.
