      If I could put a negative star review, I would. I purchased furniture for my entire house from this place and I received their furniture on May, 2021. I Paid for installations and the people who installed it left most of the furniture a bit loose. On January, 2022, some of my furniture started to break (chairs, table, bed, vanity, all from a certain collection), so I reported it that same day, within the one year insurance that the furniture came with. Furniture City sent people to my house to "repair it" and all they did was s**** nails into the legs and other parts of the broken furniture and tightened some of the loose furniture. This was a a temporary solution, because it all went back to getting loose and eventually breaking again. Long story short, I reported the same issue, and they offered the same solution two more times. After the third time of them doing the same thing, I went in person because their solution was obviously not working, and instead, broke my furniture a bit more every time they tried to make it better. I told them that it was time for a real solution, and they blamed it all on us, and how we used our furniture. We purchased different furniture from different designers, and only one of those was giving up problems, while the other furniture from a different collection was PERFECT and gave no problems. They were very RUDE and blamed it all on us and told us that the warranty had already expired since it has been more than a year. I explained that the issue was reported within the year and until today, July, 2024, has not been solved. THEY should be embarrassed to say that it has been over a year and that I am still with the same problem. I believe that after the third time of trying to "fix it," it would have been appropriate to consider an exchange for new furniture. I understand that my warranty is now expired, but I reported it within my warranty time and they never solved the issue that I reported.

      I bought a dining set from them over a month ago. Was told by the sales rep ****** at the time they had the dining set in stock at their factory in ******** ** which would mean I can get my dining set around 7 days. But that he would put it under 2-4 weeks to ensure we give more than enough time just in case. Its over the 4 weeks. Im very disappointed. Ive called and all Im offered is a call back once they get another ETA.

      I hate to leave negative reviews, but I absolutely DO NOT recommend shopping here. Unbelievable LACK OF RESPECT or regard to customer service in fixing an issue - product not as described and the way it was sold to us. I bought a glider from furniture city, floor model was 50% off but was upsold to buy full price. Salesperson showed me a fabric on the floor and said this is what my chair would look like, arrived completely different (grey not white) and they refuse a return, even though the photos look totally different online. Regardless of photos, we clearly asked sales person for white/tan. Took no responsibility, and I repeatedly had to call into their customer service to even hear back. They claim we should've been asked to confirm color on delivery (we weren't). I also found the product I bought for $150 cheaper online and they won't credit or price match. Won't exchange or refund, and have only offered me a discount on future purchases, which I obviously won't be using. So sad to see a company not care about customers and service, at such a vulnerable time in our life expecting a baby.

      I strongly advise against purchasing from Furniture City in Bakersfield, CA. My experience with them was terrible, and I would rate them with a single star if I could. Unfortunately, their upper management mishandled customer service and buyer concerns. I had bought a bed frame worth $2300, but it was too big to fit up my staircase. When I asked for a refund, they refused, citing their policy. Instead, they demanded that I purchase something of equal or greater value. To make matters worse, Adam, who claimed to be the guy at Furniture City, spoke to me very unkindly. I will not be doing business with them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

      To whom it may concern,

      Looking into this matter this morning, it does look like the customer was taken care of yesterday with a reselection as part of a resolution. Our contract does state customers are responsible for measurements, doorways, stairways, etc. and at this moment, I can see that we took care of the customer by not applying a reselection fee as well as a restocking fee on the first bed that was purchased as well as another delivery on behalf of Furniture City for this coming Thursday, August 3rd, 2023 on the reselected bed.

      •BUYERS BE AWARE• Furniture City is only helpful to make the sale. Once they have your money..they don’t care about customers. What a nightmare!! I have been waiting over 6 months for a chair replacement. It’s been horrible dealing with Furniture City and their lack of customer service and communication. They should have taken care of this in early Jan/23. Replacement is FINALLY here and they want me to charge me for delivery. After they dropped the ball on this, you’d think that it’s the least they can do to apologize for their mistake is deliver and setup for free. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!! I will never deal with them again, I’d rather travel to LA and get good furniture with great overall service.

      Amazing costumer service, I walked in not knowing what I was going to get and the lady that helped me was very patient with me I believe her name was Leilani, she was very nice and helped me and my grandma.

      The worst customer service in El Paso!!! Through this entire process, I have been lied to by the owner, Mike M*****, his sons and his employees. Do not purchase from either of their locations.

      I bought a sofa and paid everything in advance with no financing. Later on after 20 days i received a sofa set full of defective , i reached them and send the images and video but unfortunately no response and completely fraud center.
