1.-They are a fraud the furniture they have in store is good quality but not the one you get shipped to youre house my sectional literally is made out of cardboard and really cheap thin play wood they fooled me the owner said this is the best quality sectional i have in store so I bought it also bought a table and chairs which i have had a lot of problems since day one too that is why they almost force you to buy insurance because they know what is going to happen whit their furniture. 2.- the costumer service is the worse i have experienced i walked in store to try and solve my problem with my furniture and they were really rude and even promised they were going to replace my chairs and guess what is been almost tree years now and nothing has happened. Im just fighting with the insurance now because they are washing their hands to and dont want to fix my furniture. PD it was a 6000 purchase including insurance.Review from Danelle E

Service managers from Customer to delivery has been the worst ever. First off, I still have no furniture since this fiasco began in September 2023, it is now November 2023 and I have not heard from them and just found out they have charged my synchrony card twice. I now owe over $7800.00 for furniture I don't even have. It all began when the two delivery guys came to deliver me the wrong furniture 3 weeks after I ordered. They were so upset and said ******* (delivery) thinks she is always right she always wants to be right and then we end up with the wrong stuff, this kinda stuff happens all the time ! Then he proceeded to give me ******* and another manager personal cell phone numbers. I called *******, no answer, I left message. I called ***** she said how did you get my personal cell #? The guy told me to tell her the team gave it to me. She was upset and then I told her the situation and she said well the vendors are the third party and they are the one who makes the furniture, we just order, it's not are fault that they messed up the order. I said you are the manager you need to take some responsibility. ***** said I will look into it. The guys took back the furniture and said the owners always do this to their customers, you should fight them. I called and talked with ***** one week later and she sent me to a ****** voicemail. I left message and ****** called me two weeks later apologizing stating that she is going to look in to it. I still have no furniture. I called back one week later still no answer. I called to make dispute with synchrony.I spoke to a co-worker whom is also going through same issues of wrong mattress and bedroom set.I still have no furniture. My living room is empty and I can not go by any until all this is done with. And now they want to charge me a restock fee of over $1200.00. This store and it's employees are a mess !!!!Review from Diana P

This was my first time at this store and I was not disappointed. The furniture is beautiful and they offer many options. The staff was very welcoming and my experience with ***** was very positive. ***** was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They Take your money make run around and talk to you into taking display give you the wrong order make you wait more very rude and unprofessional. They want to give you parts for stuff instead of replacing.Review from Elisa V

I will never purchase anything from Quality Furniture (Visalia) again. I wish I would have read the ratings before I entered this store. I believe everyone’s claims in these ratings because I had a similar experience. The manager “Richard,” if that is his real name, had his delivery person dump two chairs on my front steps after submitting a claim with my credit card because it had been 10 weeks of waiting for the chairs. No one called before the delivery and the delivery person didn’t even knock. When I reached out to the store Richard texted and pretty much told me, “Thank you for your patience, the furniture is yours to do what you want. We are like Amazon, we can drop off in front of your door.” No accountability and terrible customer service. I don’t know how this store is still in business.Review from Jennifer F.

We purchased a couch from the Bakersfield location, after getting it all set up in our living room we immediately noticed a cracking sound when we set down. The back cushions were barely stuffed. We called and made a claim that this was not the couch presented to us on the sales floor. They sent their tech guy out to come get it and fix it, but he only took one side. He told us that they only OK’d for one side, that we would have to make a separate claim for the other side . We called and they said once he brings back the side he took, he can then take the other side. It took him weeks to repair it. We were told it took so long because they sent him the wrong sizing when replacing the cushions. He told us the crack in the wood was not a manufacture issue, but basically something we did. Needless to say, he repaired it all and made it look beautiful the way it was on the sales floor. We were happy, they were taking care of us and that’s why we give them a 2 star… the other side however is what has us giving them such a low review. They first told us because it has now been past 30 days ( obviously not our fault) that they weren’t going to fix the other side . They also tried saying we had only made a claim for the one side and why did we wait so long to make a claim for the other side! When we argued our point, they went ahead and had their technician come out and pick it up. Their technician had it for 9 days when we finally called to see what was going on. We were told that it wasn’t a manufacture issue so they were not going to fix it. 9 days and we had to call them, to be told they weren’t fixing it! So where’s my couch then? They said they would bring it back to us next week! After getting very upset we finally received the other side back 2 days later. We now sit here with one side looking brand new and beautiful, and the other side looking 2 years old . They told us we can use the accidental insurance and say that we accidentally did it ourselves! Horrible we waited 6 months for a bed room set that never came in after 6 months we cancelled and went with a other furniture company which delivered in 2 days. I do not recommend this company. not only are they not good on delivering they also want to charge us a restocking fee of 2 thousand dollars.Review from Yadira C

I purchased furniture at the beginning of the year, delivery was quick. However the furniture was not the color I was expecting, upon reaching out to a manager and being unable to come to an agreement, I then spoke to DAVID V*****, we were able to come to an agreement and I was happy with the outcome. Mr. V***** was very polite and straightforward. Which is something I believe every sales representative should be. Overall I would recommend if at any given moment anyone needs furniture, to contact Mr. V***** at Quality Furniture N Home Design. Moreover Mr. V***** gifted a Starbucks card for the small but tedious inconvenience.Review from Sandra P.

I would give 0stars my if I could… We went an bought furniture from this company.sectional and 2 queen bedroom sets we waited 4-5 months to recieve.once we received we noticed sectional had black marks and it’s torn and missing the pillows it came with and 1 of the beds was damaged broken mirrors and missing the rails the guy still set up with our telling us they were missing and also he set Up the dresser knowingly the bottom was damaged and didn’t tell us about hat damage.the other delivery guy said just to leave the damaged product and they will replace it fast..EHIVH WAS A LIE..b4 they let we made a damaged claim with him and the company. We received our furniture in September 2021 and open claim been since September they told us they would replace everything not to worry. That was a lie as well everytime we call we get the run around and they say “oh that person don’t work here no more and they just keep lying to us just to get us off the phone we’ve called them a total of 10 times to See what’s going on when are they gonna come out to replace our things or fix them and they’re always lying and saying oh they can’t do nothing bcus they’re aren’t the person who works in claims they aren’t there.they never are there when we call. And they always have attitude everytime we call to see what’s going on..and they are unprofessional. I’m tired of having to call them to figure out when they are gonna replace our broken furniture bcus they never give us an answer.if you can do lease help resolve this please.thank you
