    Me and my husband purchased a couch from Reds on 09/10/2023 We were told our delivery window would be 2-3 weeks after originally being told it would only take a week before the actual purchase, then being told 2-3 weeks after we purchased. We were not told it would be work weeks. When the end of the 2-3 window came around that we were given which would be the end of September we started calling Reds to figure out where the delivery was. After multiple attempts of getting a hold of Red we were only being greeted and promised a call back from his assistant. Days went buy with more attempts of getting an answer from Red we did not ever receive a call. The only time an attempt was made was after we filed a dispute with the credit card company. The first dispute I submitted I was advised to refuse the delivery. We havent had a chance to refuse delivery because the attempt was never made. I also have a copy of the receipt which does not have my signature where it states all sales were final. We were not made aware that we were signing a document that said this, yet my signature is on his copy. It was all done electronically I was not shown what I was signing only told that I was signing a Synchrony agreement for the purchase. I believe not stating all sales are final before a purchase is considered fraudulent, We do not have the couch in our possession, and do not wish to do business with someone who scams their customers, based off of reviews he has done this a lot. The dispute was filed after the delivery window that we were told which makes this contract void and my signature on a document I was not aware of being signed fraudulent. No delivery attempt was made so we dont even know if he actually has possession of the couch. We were also not told that we would start being charged for the couch before it arrived. We were also told the couch was **** not **** and yet the receipt. shows ****. We didn't see any of this until after the purchase was made.
