Found the site and was working with someone to design a logo for me. First logo I paid for April 28th. $123. The guy **** ***** was working with me. Got the logo completed. Once that was done looked to get business cards and letterhead and envelopes done. So ordered stationary May 4th, 2021 for 320. He tried to get me to order a website design and maintenance but didn't need at the time and would do that myself. Asked about copywrite and/or trademarking my logo. Decided to let them file the paperwork and do what needs to be done for me to trademark the logo. paid for it May 11th, 2021 $499+$35 tax. On June 16th I paid $123 for another logo. It started to get worked on but after awhile I got no response from email or text or calling. Finally in August someone randomly texts me about my account saying **** ***** had complications with COVID and he was the design manager taking over my account. I voiced my concerns asked for refund on the stationary that I never received and the logo.Customer response
