Energy smart engineering inc was sent my my home warranty to do a evap coil repair. But my warranty didn’t cover all the repairs. So I was going to paid off my packet $1,360 $775 title 24-inspection $100 permit overage $400 sheet metal modification $85 drain line modification After the evap coil was replaced the a/c didn’t blow enough air.. I call energy smart engineering about my issue and manager Johnny was yelling at me. So I hang up.. so the permit and inspection never got done… they still overcharge me $875 and I’m trying to get my refund back.. already made a claim with my home warranty and they call energy smart engineering about this issue and they did answerBusiness response

Mr. ***** Permit was pulled already (a bit late, we do apologize for the delay) and the title 24 third party company tried to schedule with him in the beginning and he denied them access as we believe he was thinking that we are not going to do the permit, but later he understood it was just a logistic problem ( we apologize again for it). The third, title 24 company had finished the test already after Mr. ***** allowed them access, and we are scheduling with the city for their final inspection and we will get back to Mr. ***** as soon as we schedule it. We are so sorry for the miss understanding and the inconvenience we caused to Mr. ***** and his family. The issue was solved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 171***82, If wasn’t for your help BBBSmart energy engineering never would contact me.. they took one month to get back to me and didn’t wanna loose my money for the inspection.. but still had to pay another company to replace my blower motor because smart energy ruine the motor.. manager also needs more training he screams at customer. Not doing business with them. Thanks for your help
