            Im in desperate need of help with Kaiser Permanente Fresno labor and delivery department 34 1/2 weeks pregnant went in for blood in my urine and the doctor vaginally checked me then proceeded to do an ultrasound. He stopped on my daughters v***** three different times called it a beautiful hamburger and proceeded to get a full-blown erection at my bedside, the erection back-and-forth while having a conversation with me. After I left the hospital, he called me. I was in tears over the situation and very stressed out so I disconnected the call. He proceeded to call my father and have an eight minute phone call with my father and when he didnt like when my dad had to say, he called my mother and had a six minute phone call that we recorded with my mother all of this without permission. Im 24 years old , the chief of the OB/GYN department for Kaiser Permanente has asked me to not discuss it with anybody and Kaiser is not allowing me to deliver anywhere else. They told me they have 18 doctors on staff I will be fine. Im so stressed out over this. The anxiety not is causing is unreal. Why would Kaiser allow this ************************* *********** 1

            Filed a complaint on hippa issues a week ago and on yelp last week compliance officer called for me to remove a picture off yelp I said why she says its a hippa issue a hippa issue your employee sent me and I have filed 10 hippa violations on lab,radiology and oncology nothing done I have messages screenshot thru kp.org of messages to member services she says Im not member services and dont know about any issues but please take down pictures and I will investigate and call you back Took down pics, no call back now someone today called from Kaiser regarding complaint on better business same thing how did you get picture and we have no record of complaints BUT made the comment is your address on E b??!! I said no are you kidding me for 2 months I have complained to MR,complaince ,member services this address is an ex husbands address and we have been divorced for yrs NONE of my Kaiser stuff should be going to his house period my chart is sealed on break the glass ,etc why have you Kaiser been sending him my hippa ****? You have documentation NOTHING is to go to his house for months now but you are sending stuff still? That is a HIPPA violation of my MR so thank you Kaiser for again complaining about HIPPA issues and my MR **** has been going there ?? I told the guy do you listen anybody at Kaiser? So now you complained of other patients hippa rights but violate mine ?? So now Im filing a complaint and you better hope not 1 thing has gone to his house against an order because I will put more issues Kaiser has out no wonder employees are tired of Kaiser you dont follow thru, charge me and give us ****** service and violate the law!

            Still to this day after compliance called and another person from Kaiser non of my issues have been addressed again only what kaiser wants
