      My husband received in home care, provided by Auspice In Home Services for 32 days. Because our Long Term Care insurance didn’t pay until after the first 30 days, we paid the fee. I have now received notice from our insurance that they paid Auspice $1,847.07 in November 2021. I believe I’m entitled to be refunded that money. I have called Auspice 7 times since November and left messages. They have never answered.

      I haven’t received any messages from ****** but will check to see if we did receive a check from long term care. I will be back in touch in regards to a refund if check was cashed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1646***4, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
      I received the refund. Thank you for your intervention.

      On Dec 7th, 2021 I had a reservation booked for medical transportation to a doctor appointment and they NEVER showed up and NEVER called or anything. This is the second time they have done this. The 1st time was either September or October when they got me to my doctor appointment LATE but NEVER showed to take me home. I waited for 2 1/2 hours (calling 3 times) until my doctor's receptionist felt so bad for me that she gave me money to ride the bus! I was very grateful for this but it meant another 1 1/2 hours on the bus. This is outrageous since my appointment was made through Cal-Viva Transportation which means it was probably paid by Fresno County or the state of California.

      Hi. 

      I researched this transport. On this day we had a driver call off that delayed us quite a bit. Mrs ***** is not our client but she was on our list for trips for that day given to us by the insurance. We had let the insurance know of our situation and it is their responsibility to reach out to their members on the delay to see if they want to keep trip or cancel. I do show on this day she was taken and picked up. On the return trip the wait time is usually within hour but on this day it would of been slightly delayed due to the call off. Unfortunately things do happen that are out of our control but do understand her frustration.
