    They provided inadequate care for my father, poor communication with my family and used extremely poor business sense in how they followed up with us months after my father passed.First they delivered substandard equipment and said the owner had a dispute with their old equipment provider, so they didn't have more modern equipment. They gave us an old, out of date hospital bed that we LITERALLY had to hand crank to raise and lower and it barely went up and down. They promised care & personal hygiene supplies they never delivered. Told us when the care nurses would be by to check in on my father and when they would bring pain meds and none of it was accurate. The staff poorly communicated with us and each other. This stressed my mom and left my dad in pain and with inadequate care.When he passed, we waited over a 1/2 hour for the on-call staff to call us and then they had to find someone to come and confirm the death for the coroner and funeral home. Followed by waiting nearly an hour for the person who did come. A nurse who new nothing about my father and seemed to not know what the heck he was doing. It was a complete **** show. Then Bright Horizon case manager had nerves enough to call us about a month after his death to find out how his care was going. What in the world?!?!?@ Now, almost 6 months later and we get a letter from their company, addressed to my dad that has a copied page from a grief book that was copied crooked, has a page is missing and no cover letter or anything. Just completely horrible thing to do. I will never, ever, ever in my life recommended this company to anyone! Your loved one deserves dignity, care, love & compassion. Not a sorry business and antiquated equipment. Never let them take care of your family. And shame on you Bright Horizons, Shame. On. You!!
