If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! HE IS A SCAMMER! I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer from them and after using the dryer twice for a regular load of clothes it broke. He came out to fix it and then it broke again. He replaced the dryer thankfully. Then the freezer of the fridge stopped working and we called him again. He gave us a loaner fridge and took our fridge to get repaired. He is a scammer! I had to call and text him multiple times to get an update on my fridge. He ended up telling me he couldn't get in contact with the person fixing my fridge and that I would just have to wait until he got another fridge similar to the one I bought for him to replace it and he had no time frame. I requested a refund and returned the loaner fridge then he starts harassing me and my mother saying we broke the loaner fridge which we did not and he wouldn't issue the refund unless we pay $135 for repairs.Review from Micaela H

Charged me $150 for home visit and never mentioned the $16.60 that would be charged for using my card which is ridiculous when every penny counts right now. They told me the amount I paid would be applied toward total amount due to fix the ice maker and mini fridge. I found a cheaper option and they refused to refund me the amount I paid. They told me they charged for a home visit and the gas to get there and the researching of the products. The guy was here maybe 30 min if that and he already pretty much knew what parts i would be needing. They never mentioned when booking apt they charge a non refundable fee just to come out to the house. People shop around that's how it is with everything and they are basically forcing people to go with them. Very unprofessional and misleading. I get times are tough but that's exactly why you should be upfront they are tough for everyone and now I'm out $166.50 and nothing is fixed.Review from Abraham H

Very friendly and professional! Everything went smooth over the phone and even the home visit, he definitely is one of the best technicians I have ever seen, He is full of positive energy and I would definitely call again if I need another appliance serviced and repaired!Review from Raul R

Outstanding service! Very knowledgeable, he let us know exactly everything he was doing. He came to fix our washer and deep cleaned our dryer. He is very polite and on time! His prices where reasonable as well!Review from Karen S

Splendid service! Washer repair was clearly explained regarding cause of breakdown and ways to repair. Ancient Dryer replaced.
