May 31st, 2024,I vehicle was not in operable condition, it had overheated, so I was stranded on 145 near the 41. I called Allstate at approximately 12:31 p.m in the afternoon to get the number to their towing service, in which I was provided with the number. so I download the app. And request tow service. At approximately 12:49 p.m I received a text, that ****'s towing Inc/ a fifteen dollar was going to arrive between 1: 49 -2:09. So I was waiting, but then a fire broke out nearby therefore causing me to be no longer safe. By 1:00 p.m the fire was quickly spreading and so I had no choice but to move my vehicle.At this point there is no location being read, All I know is that I'm trying to get out of ***** way, so without a location and that stretch of area being closed off I had to cancel that tow..I was finally able to get out of there onto road 36/145 but I still didn't have a location, so when I finally had a location the towing service of ****** said they couldn't come get me...so then allstate agent was on a three way call with them to help me only to find out I was gonna be charged 61 additional dollars...and the agent was supposed to help me but she kept quiet..when the call ended she said I could always pay out of pocket and they would reimburse me...so I proceeded to cancel my policy with them, but they did not want to cancel it. This whole ordeal started around 12:31 and ended at 5:36 the time me and my 2001 **** explorer sport trac arrived home. I want my full refund of 175, reimbursement of parts and monies for making this such an awful experience. I was never in good hands with Allstate.
