Knowing the size and type of stone I needed I went to The Headstone Guys website (recommended by my cemetery administrator) to design and buy a stone for my loved one. From the moment of purchase, very affordable I may add, I received detailed emails on everything I needed to know and everything I needed to do (mainly checking my own work as to correct spelling and dates on the stone). I also purchased the Administrative Assistance that did all the communication between the Headstone Guys and my cemetery so all I needed to do was approve the final design and sit back and wait for the stone to arrive (it was quoted in an email to expect 8 weeks delivery time). Well, to my surprise my cemetery received the stone 2 weeks and 1 day later! The stone is absolutely beautiful! So beautiful I cried happy and sad tears as I looked at it marking my loved ones final resting space. I couldnt be happier with the stone and with the Headstone Guys for making this very emotional process go so perfectly smooth. Thank you so much!Review from Sandra R

We have ordered three stones from this company! Very pleased with all three. The first was for my dad and it was more beautiful that I'd ever expected. We decided to order my Aunt one and it was just as beautiful. The third one was for a friend who passed too soon. We decided to have pictures of her and her kids on engraved and they did a fantastic job! We will definitely share your work with others. After signing up for their 'cemetery service', so that my husband could take a break from dealing with this nonsense. I find out that they can't do a 'lawn mower' edge without a special order taking 6 + months and who knows what the extra cost might be. The interesting part is I told them upfront the ONLY requirements of the cemetery was 4" thick and lawn mower edge. I'm stuck (after several weeks) with a $69 fee (non-refundable) and a snotty Courtney who claims to have earned that fee (lol). Do not pay for this service. They made a stone for my son it was beautiful but it had opening for vase that cemetary wont accept and i have paid 2,000 dollars for and cant put down im lost for words

I appreciate you making us aware of your negative experience. A vase hole was requested. Per your request, a vase hole was added to the proof approved by you prior to the production of the stone. All customers that do not choose our administrative services are reminded a total of 4 times to please check with the cemetery prior to the headstone going into production. The cemetery should have provided you with the necessary and correct requirements when purchasing the plot. Due to our past experiences, we no longer work with Belmont Memorial as they are very difficult to work with. Our Mission here at The Headstone Guys is to provide all families with quality headstones at affordable price points and to ensure that they experience a stress free process from point of purchase to the product being delivered to the site in perfect condition. and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We do not take it for granted when families have chosen our company to provide them with the headstone for their loved ones.
