On 6/2 tried to returns spark plugs **** the employee wouldn't allow me to return. He was rude to me and turned me away by throwing me out of the store for no reason. I asked him for the corporate number to complain of his argumentative behavior towards me. I am 5'2 hispanic female and 58 years old. While not giving me the number another ************************* customer rudely got into ky conversation and told me to get out! I asked for the number again while taking my item's. The male customer was using profanity yelling at me to get the f*** out and leave these people alone! I was in fear of him getting physical and very aggressive. Both the customer and **** threw me out of the store. I wasn't arguing just wanted to file a complaint. The female employee ***** who helped me just stood their and wouldn't give me her name. The customer kept yelling at me in my face, spitting while trying to leave outside the store to my vehicle. ******* to leave beforr he beats my ass! F**** me up. I kept telling him okay and to leave me alone. He was persistent on trying to hit me. I couldn't turn my back to him either. I was afraid he was going to attack me. **** the store employee and ***** didn't take any preventative actions to protect me as a consumer by calling the police or intervening to deescalate the situation. **** the employee started the entire situation while the customer was allowed to end it with verbal threats and profound extreme profanity to cause bodily injury upon me. I complained to mgt. And corporate regarding the incident. I even made a police report took picture of the vehicle. Police wouldn't come out to assist unless I had been injured. Upsets me very much when I pay taxes for such services. So wrong! We can't get help when we need it theses days. Overall mgt. Is investigating the situation. I would not doubt if the employee is not held accountable. I'll never go to that store again. It's in a prime location.
