They sold me a car with expired tags. Its been 8 weeks & finance department keeps dodging my calls. The finance manager used tied in selling which is illegal in **********. He will show you a higher interest rate, then show a lower interest rate with extended warranty. Amazing how that works... Tried to tell me I was going to get free oil changes with the purchase of the extended warranty, I went back home to find that they charged me $1K... Very disappointed in the service all around.Should've never went to this dealership, only reason why I gave the benefit of doubt is because our **** company buys commercial trucks from them, and we generally have a good experience. My wife took our Lincoln Aviator in for recalls and check engine light on 4/2/25. They kept the car for three days and only completed the work for the check engine light and told my wife it would be $575 over the phone THREE TIMES. When we went to pick it up on 4/5/25, the charge was $833. I asked the advisor why he told my wife $575, he said he was talking about the check engine light. My wife had called back two more times and asked what is the total charge, he kept saying $575. I asked the advisor "when people call in and ask what is the charge, don't you think they want to know all they are being charged and not what they are partially being charged?" He said he would work on that the next time. By looking at other complaints here, it seems like standard practice for Lithia **** of Fresno. Oh, the advisor said he was so focused on the check engine light that he forgot about the recalls and wants us to bring it back.Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno

1 starThey have no business values they keep charging my mom who is older and tell her one thing on the phone then charged another $500 and did nothing not even tell us whats wrong with it after $750 all they say is my car is too old they dont want to work on it. Wish I could put them out of business but anyone i know going there i will stop from going makes me hate **** think this makes me want to never buy a **** GmC all the car associated with them and everyone else i can get to not buy from **** ever again Do Not Waste your money with people who take advantage of senior citizens and womenReview fromJaneen M

1 starVery poor service experience. My truck has been there for 4 weeks. Finally received the call today that they will be replacing the long block. Engine is two weeks out minimum. Diagnosis took entirely too long, so did decision from ****. Service Manager initially told me he was contacting **** for help with my rental car expenses. This repair only qualifies for 5 days of a rental car. Guessing this repair will take 10 weeks, this is completely unacceptable. I have called the Service Manager six times and left messages with my service writer and have still not received a call back. I suspect that they knew the truck had a problem when they sold it to me in May, it was Blue or Gold certified with only 60k miles. Very disappointed, I expressed concerns about the transmission which have not been addressed. I worry that that may be another 10 week, no rental car nightmare. Beware, beware Sales and Service are sorely lacking integrity. and *********** star is too high, at this time -5 starts is more fitting.Review fromDella R

This place is a joke. After several confirmations regarding my appointment for a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in (including the morning of), only to arrive and be told the vehicle was sold the night before. This tactic they used to lure me into their showroom to talk me into something I DID NOT WANT, made me feel unappreciated and unheard. This method is so under-handed, proving they don't respect your time just their commission. This place has gone down hill. Been patronizing this place for years and things have gotten bad. Now when you make an appointment for an oil change it takes over 4 hours of waiting in there supposed ****************** lane. Also for concerns on a car under manufactured warranty they want you to leave it for 3 days before they will even look at it. I had an IDIOT tailgating me on HWY 41 so I took a pick of him and called his Manager to file a complaint. He never returned my call. I then called the Store Manager and reported that I wanted to talk to him never got a call back. 1 starservice department at lithia **** is negative 5 stars, its a complete joke dropped off a edge for oil change and had them fix a sun roof issue. Sat there 3 days, and i was feed ******** over the phone from the service manger. So I got tired of the run around I finally went to pick it and there was no work on the sun roof they said the oil was changed yet the dipstick was reading dirty a** oil. Its a combination of poor management, communication and knowledge please dont take your car here.Review fromNick C

1 starI would strongly suggest you avoid any blue certified vehicles from Lithia ***** I went in last month to look at one and both batteries were dead(diesel). I came back a few days later and they advised they replaced the batteries and the vehicle was good so I purchased it. Two weeks later it died on me again two days in a row. ****************** advised that they had replaced the batteries within the month prior to my purchase (4 batteries in a month prior to purchase) + 2 dead within two weeks of purchase (6 total batteries). Come to find out a Lithia up north had replaced batteries in March as well. So 5-6 batteries replaced in 6 months prior to purchase and no testing to see why the draw was occurring. Now Im making payments on a truck that has been in their shop (coming up on three weeks) more weeks than my driveway since purchase with no end date in sight. 1 starBusiness commonly falsely advertises prices online. For example they are advertising the price of a truck at $73,680 online (VIN 1FTFW1E51PKD*****), but at the dealership they’ve added a separate section to the window sticker showing a mark-up of almost $25K more. This information is not provided anywhere online, including on the window sticker that you can view. This is misleading at the very least! Who wants to do business with a company like that? Sounds like yet another shady practice used by this dealership.
