            Hello, I am reaching out regarding a dealership, from which I bought a car over 60 days ago and is: - refusing to provide me with a Bill of Sale even though the car was picked up and paid in full in late April 2023 (today is June 20th 2023) - still not refunding me my deposit of 2500$ for a new car (I bought a CPO car from them, and placed an order for a new one considering the wait time) - sold me an add-on for a full car protection for 6000$ (xPel) but I found out that it was already partially covered (paper proof from the third party installer); they are still not refunding part of it - did not provide temporary plate - have not even started filing for my car to be registered (60 days passed) - are not providing amended contract with correct amount of sales tax I paid

            Price gouging, I have leased six Audi vehicles from Audi Finacial, I was going to lease a Porsche or a Audi from our local dealership here in Fresno, I worked back and forth with the salesman trying to select the right vehicle. We went home to decide which vehicle to lease. I went back the next morning and the Sales manager informed me that they have made the decision to mark up all of there vehicles. The vehicle I was considering is now marked up 10,000.00 over the manufacturers asking price. I immediatly called one dealer in southern California and received below manufacturers suggested retail price on the Porsche as well as called the dealer in San Jose and received a discount plus Costco program on the Audi. This dealer is price gouging beware.
