I regret to convey my dissatisfaction with the operational structure and conduct of the aforementioned establishment. Following adherence to their notarization requirements and the subsequent completion of the order, I encountered a disconcerting situation. Despite the relocation of the intended recipient to *****, assurances were provided regarding compensation for the service rendered.To my dismay, a few days later, I received an email notification indicating my removal from the signing, prompting concerns about non-payment. In *******, I exerted considerable effort over several days attempting to establish communication through numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages, all of which went unanswered.In an attempt to expedite resolution, I communicated my intention to pursue alternative avenues for remuneration should a response not be received promptly. Subsequently, a call was received from the proprietor, whom I later identified as the owner. Regrettably, the ensuing conversation took an adversarial turn as she vehemently objected to what she perceived as a threat, accusing me of rudeness.Despite my repeated requests for a civil discourse, I encountered constant interruptions and an unwillingness to allow me to articulate my concerns. Unfortunately, the conversation concluded abruptly with the owner abruptly terminating the call, further alleging my discourteous behavior.In light of this regrettable experience, I am compelled to caution against engaging with this establishment characterized by its rudeness, disrespect, and organizational deficiencies. As a seasoned notary with a history of numerous *******************, this encounter stands as an unprecedented and unwarranted deviation from professional standards. Consequently, I unequivocally refrain from any future dealings with this particular business entity. I left one star only because I couldn't leave "no" stars.
