February 10th at around 7 in the evening i ordered 1 large pizza. It took over an hour and a half to be delivered 1 block away. When the pizza arrived, half the crust was sticking out of the box exposed to the air and elements as it was left on my table outside. Even with the lid closed the crust was sticking out and when attempting to open the box the cheese and crust were stuck to it. Half the pizza was inedible. Contacted store via phone and email on their corporate website. Have not received a call from the manager in more than a month.Initial Complaint

I placed an online pizza order for Me N Ed’s Pizza at there Sunnyside Location, Clovis & KingsCayon Ave’s on 11/06/2021 at 5;30 pm. I arrived at 6;30pm as instructed by there online webpage I had already paid for my order online with a credit card. The order #***, transaction # ***** for $25.25. Upon my arrival I only found parking on the side and entered through the side single door entrance. There were two Cashiers, two lines and people standing either inline or on the side for there orders. There was three people in front of me in the line I got into and the other area that had people waiting and possibly in-line. After the customers in front of me were taken care of I approached the cashier only to have a Manager Named “*******” jumped in front of the cashier and yelled at me “No Line Jumpers Here” You go to the only line! Not sure what was the only line and nothing in the store being marked that there is one line only I moved to the line to my left or towards the front two doors. I was totally humiliated and felt verbally abused by this Manager Named *******! Upon getting to the cashier I asked him for that mans name only to be yelled at again from “*******” that was his name and he does not allow line jumpers. I then told Mr. ******* that his Customer Service Skills are wrong and I was not line jumping and I would be contacting his Supervisor about this situation, he then replied good his Manager does not like line jumpers either and he would be in the store tomorrow morning. I am 61 years old and have never been humiliated by a restaurant Manager or Associated as I have been by this Me N Ed’s location. This was extremely off the charts in poor customer service, verbally abused me in front of many other customers and had absolutely no bearing on my picking up a already paid for order.
