      James from City Plumbing came out on August 16th to install a the hot water heater. He told it will take about 15 to 20 mins for the hot water to appear then he left. Then two hours later still no hot water. Then we noticed the poilet light went out and the isolation valve the installer put on the cold side was leaking. We reported information back to City Plumbing and the next day they sent out a senior supervisor to come out and check. He noticed the water heater was installed incorrectly. He fixed it and he was able to get the hot water to work. He heard water was continuing to run and wanted to see underneath the house and noticed the house had 4 to 5 inches of water underneath the house.

      Service Request: January 2023 1) Toilet leaking near bolts 2) Kitchen Faucet Leaking 3) Water Heater, not keeping water hot long enough AHS sent City Plumbing City's plumber documented Equipment Modifications to AHS. AHS doesn't pay Modifications. I was quoted $1,400 my cost, paperwork site unseen. Tenants said no Modifications were done. They have my credit card number. Toilet replaced, "Equipment Modification" $175.00 They charged my card. Kitchen Faucet installed Water Heater- They charged me for parts not put on, example, earthquake strap they are trying to charge me for a new one, they put the old one back on. City said I need to call for Inspection, I did, and found that the Water Heater project is unfinished. Told City, no response. City should be the one calling for Inspection, they are the ones who got the permit (They are charging me $275 for the permit that cost $189.) That is all I have paid. I have asked for the details of the document the service tech wrote as the copy I requested is mostly unreadable, and to tell me the "Modifications" that the tech supposedly did, my request has gone unanswered. They are trying to charge me over a $100 for a $10 part from what I can figure out, and that was all the parts that I could read on the work order (not sure if that is the right name of it). Today's date, March 23, I sent another request, I bet it goes unanswered.

      They replaced a water heater, Work was ok but over priced. They charged me $250 for a permit and never applied for it. When i called them on it they made an application but didn't follow through. Lea their office manager gave me a time and day that an inspector would come. No show. Called Fresno Building Dept. and they said a permit was not issued.

      If I could give them a zero, I would. They never answer the phone. A couple of times when they do, than I was on hold for 30+min. They don't respond to messages left. My home warranty claim started on 1/10/22 . Told me twice water heater wasn't delivered. I had to call supplier myself who said they had verification that delivery was made. Spoke to someone, made an appointment for following week. Which was for 2/16, over one month latee.... I had to call day before and confirm, and lo and behold they don't have my appt on the books. After some "discussion" they got it scheduled. Install was done, took 5 hours. I was told to call back with credit card number to charge the amount not covered by home warranty. But guess what? When I call back, hmm no answer. Called several times, left message. Now to get their money they are able to call and harass me every day for credit card #, but refuse to respond to any messages left by me previously. This morning, one week after install they leave a message saying they will send to collections if they don't hear from us by end of day! So very ridiculous and unprofessional! Do not give your business to this company.

      Your home warranty did not provide this unit in a timely manner which we have no control over. On a retail basis, the install could have happened the same day as we stock over 200 water heaters in our warehouse including power vent, tankless, hybrid and standard. You have a power vent water heater so this is not a standard installation and it takes longer. You are responsible for 1200.00 non covered cost which was due at time of installation. As for hold times, that has been addressed with our service provider as the lines are configured to roll over to the next available staff member after 3 minutes on hold. A service ticket has been generated and that issue should be resolved right away.

      We were sent out a technician by the name of Patrick to fix our garbage disposal from City Plumbing. He was on time and gave a courtesy call before arriving, He replaced our broken garbage disposal, and left the area as clean as it was. He was very polite, respectful and did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. Thank you Patrick.

      They came promptly and swiftly. I only put in a service request with my warranty insurance and I didn’t wait a day.
