      I walked into the onsite manager office and witnessed illegal and unprofessional conduct. Because of safety concerns I immediately notified FMC to report the issue. FMC supervisor told me I should not call anymore then threaten to vacate me. Now repair request, emails, and phone calls from me to them is more harassing than helpful. In fact I have requested to speak with office manager and was advised she would call back.but that never happened. Be careful reporting illegal activity of their employees because they will attack you and threaten to vacate you. I still haven't received an apology or any consideration on addressing my concerns. My address was disclosed to tenants and the public My identity and home is still being recorded everyday even after I reported a confidential breach. Still not one call from management.This management company has a history of this type of behavior. It's clear from all the recorded accounts on here. This ********************************************* assumes that we all deserve to be subjected to the conduct and behavior of staff. They assume because we are of color, live in poverty, lack resources, that we don't deserve to be treated with basic human decency. They take the rent check and deposit it. That's as far as it goes. There is no corporate social responsibility model adopted. They are only here to exploit their community and discriminate against anyone who doesn't sound like them, or act like them.

      It's going to be 107 for 3 days straight then stay in 100+ for a week. My Ac has been out for 5 days in 95+ degrees and they are unwilling to offer any solution or temporary help. I've lived other places who have given hotel accommodations or temporary AC units. This company just says sweat it out and we'll fix it when the parts arrive. Hopefully we don't get heatstroke. Thanks so much for caring about your tenants!

      My dealings with Fresno Management company , OMG ?? They are very disorganized and unprofessional and I have documentation of certain things that have happened in ************************!!!! Tenants have Rights!!!

      I made a payment towards my rent on December 5. I made two payments one of $944 and one of $994. There is no option to cancel payment online on the Fresno company app so I contacted my management of my Apartments at Mirage Apartments and Fresno management companies phone number they told me to call my bank and have the payment stopped. Unfortunately my bank canceled the wrong one instead of the one that was accredited to my account of $994, I contacted my Apartments again and Fresno management company. Fresno management company doesnt answer their phone. My Apartments told me theres nothing they can do. I have a $50 late fee charge that is being a credited back to me but a $35 fee because it says I didnt have the full amount in my bank when I did it was deducted and put back. I have evidence and phone calls from my bank , now Im screwed out of $35 because my Apartments nor Fresno management company told me that it was going to happen. I want it fixed no ones answering their phone I dont know what to do and Im irritated.

      Absolutely pitiful. I call for weeks to tell them I'm going out of town to shich ******* tells me that I shouldn't be leaving voicemails on the secretaries voicemail?!?! Wtf is it for?!?! Called for weeks tryin to have them ask the people that live on the property to do they job and make sure people's s*** don't get burglarized by the tweaker next door neighbor that I had her and the blind guy who got Gasolina be poured In his eyes by his ex girlfriend cause he was beating her so bad. But they told me a veteran with ptsd I had to leave when the tweaker came running at me and my son screaming ****** murder traumatized my son and they tell me I need to move. So I am and I leave for a couple weeks and the tweakers steal over 3-5k in shoes that I've had from when I was a child the only f***** memories I had left photos of my dead grandma. This ain't the first time I've dealt withghese pieces of garbage people though when covid hit the upstairs neighbors toliet spewed s*** water all over my apartment where my new baby crawling on the floor and they wouldnt professionally clean the floor carpets anything. So now I'm losing out on a **** deposit plus they sent me a letter saying I abandoned my apartment?!?! I was within the 30 days. Why do they just get to f*** people like this?? It's not fair. I called for weeks no answer no call back to my voicemails. Now I lose out on so much because these god awful women that work in this establishment don't give a f*** about nothing. I hope all of you get a taste of karma cause she's a fickle b**** and she's coming for all you c**** that work at FPM. Especially you *******. Your a horrible woman. You gonna feel karma the worst. You and ***************************** and that blind fuck!!!! I hope you all die slow. Oh wait you already are your meth addicts who have to steal from others to get by cause your so pathetic. Such an ugly d*** No wonder the blind dudes your bff when he **** you he can't see how f***** hideous you are lmfaofffffff.

      Fresno Management does not manage anything here.. they are very unprofessional. I've lost so much dealing with this company due to bed bug roach flea and spider infestation crazy part I don't have any pets to have fleas. I had to call code enforcement to get things done. Old appliances that desperately needs to be replaced. Stove is a fire hazard warped and off track cabinets falling apart. Mold and mildew all through the apartment pealing paint cracked tile and that's just to name some. Allow tow company to tow my car away even after making a agreement and stated since they are no longer managing all agreements made was voided without notifying tenents of change allowing me the opportunity to move my vehicle. When I moved here there was no restrictions regarding parking but made a new rule based on complaints from someone about my stall from a man that was not a tenant. I had to pay $400 to register my car in able for me to utilize a parking spot designated to my apartment. My tags had just expired they are aware that I am low income I feel like a victim of predatory tow which Fresno Management didn't authorize but refuse to get involved though they were the one breach a verbal agreement that is recorded. The gas meters are in my patio had 2 gas leaks and the fire department had to break down my gate to access. They have no consideration for the health and safety of the tenants. Outside lights were out over 2 months which we had concerns for our safety there are nothing but single women with babies and elderly. Overall Fresno Management is the worst company I've ever rented from and I don't have a star to give it would be a -5 if that rating was allowed. If I was financially able to move I definitely would. But I'm stuck here until I'm able. I was told if I'm unhappy to move.. How am I to do that with minimal income?

      We managed the property up until August 2022 at which time, management changed hands to two different management companies. We recently began management again on 3/1/2023. I would like to address each of the issues mentioned:
      Bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas: Upon reinstatement of our management, we dispatched our pest control vendor. They treated for the cockroaches, followed up and reported that this issue has been resolved. A follow up treatment is recommended to maintain the resolution. We ask that the tenant monitor the issue and report. The pest control vendor also reported that there are no bed bugs or fleas in the unit.
      Appliances: A work order was placed; our maintenance visited the unit, and it was determined that an appliance vendor must evaluate. They will determine the issue and recommend repair or replacement; we ask that the tenant cooperate to address the issue as quickly as possible.
      Mold/Mildew/peeling paint: The unit was inspected, and our staff did not witness any of these issues, there is also no work order placed by the tenant for any of these issues. If a work order is placed, we will address the concern.
      Parking: We spoke with the tenant regarding this issue shortly after beginning management on 3/1/2023. It was determined that the tenant had a temporary verbal agreement for the expired registration on her vehicle, she was in violation of the parking rules and this verbal agreement would have been a courtesy. Another management company took over the property in September 2022, enforced the rules and appointed a tow company. At this time, it would be the tenants responsibility to speak with the new management or tow company to request further courtesy agreements. This matter was not an issue with Fresno Management.
      Gas leak: This was an item that occurred prior to our management takeover on 3/1/2023. The tenant did not report any issue with her back gate until 5/19/2023. This repair has since been completed.
      Lighting: The lighting which was out for 2 months was an issue that Fresno Management inherited upon takeover on 3/1/2023 as well. This electrical issue was reported and has been addressed. If further issues arise, we will address them. From our understanding this was an ongoing issue with several variables.
      All of the tenant’s concerns have been, or are in process of being addressed. We understand that there is some frustration with the number of management changes in the last year, however we are working diligently to address all tenant concerns and make the necessary property improvements.

      I don't understand why there is so much fabrication in your response. 1. I still yet am dealing with roaches and bedbug as well as spiders in my unit. The pest control only did treatment in my master bedroom. I am as well as visitors are still getting bit and have scaring to prove from spider to bed bugs sitting in the living room. The apartment above me has bed bugs roach and spider infestation which effects my unit because of the hole maintenance cut to fix the plumbing and didn't cover. I talked to summer about the issue to try n help as much as I can to solve they infestation issue. She stated she would look into it and we work together to at least have the man upstairs available to do spray and wall repair but haven't gotten a response. Fresno Management was management at the time they cut the hole in his wall cause they also cut one in my bathroom which was the beginning of my infestation issue which was repaired months later after several management changes. As far as my stove.. maintenance came and said he will recommend a new stove because mine is hazardous I was waiting patiently utilizing other appliances crock pot and electric pancake grill to cook. Refrigerator drawers don't even go to my refrigerator and I am currently constantly seeing roaches in the refrigerator which gave out on me twice causing me to loose food that was not replaced. I still have mold as well as mildew issues as well as the exterior of the unit. The mold that was cleaned I did myself and was sick after for several days. I don't know why whoever claimed I have no peeling paint when it was reported pictures taken by management as well as myself texts to prove I made request as well as pictures that were sent.i currently have the same peeling spots that I try to cover so that my grandchildren would not be able to further peel off. When I moved in my unit it didn't have fresh paint as well as other issues that was supposed to been addressed but wasn't. I made a work order also regarding my cabinets that are breaking. I was told they were going to replace but never heard from anyone. I have been also dealing with no cooler since June 29 2023 . They installed a cooling unit in my KITCHEN which the air does not reach the rest of the unit I had to buy fans just to be able to pull the cooler air which doesn't help til middle of the night. This unit shoots out ice chips as well as drain puddle on my back patio. Instead of installing a drain pipe. I have been documenting taking pictures as well as videos to prove my claim as valid.

      My landlords were friends and are now elderly so turned the home over to this company. The very first thing they did was raise my rent $150 a month without a 30 day warning. So I had to fight that. Then they were going to charge me $70 for a screen that fell out of the window. They fixed it and then sent me a bill. They did not tell me I was going to have to pay for that even though it was not my fault. So I fought them about this and they finally agreed to pay it themselves. I have a facia board and rain gutter that are falling down and a waterfall in front of my door when it rains. Seven people have come out to give an estimate. Three of them have come out without any phone calls or warning. I just hear people at my front door with ladders and climbing around on the roof. My fence is falling down and I’ve only had one estimate on that With no repair. It will be a year in August that they took over and nothing has been done. The first month I lived here they came by and said they were inspecting the house. I complained about that but they said they do it every three months and will replace air filters lightbulbs etc. I have not seen them since that first month. I recently sent them an email about the amount of people coming to the house without any warning and have not heard back. I would not recommend renting a house from this company or most property management companies. If at all possible rent from a owner instead.

      Fresno management company is begrüsst UNPROFESSIONAL. They expect you to follow tenant guidelines and yet don't conduct the company as if it is a management company. They come up with the most bogus reasons to gain access into a home with out proper notification. (Example)They will leave a broken fence unrepaired for months yet come unannounced to intrude on thier tenants to check smoke detectors and cooler filters and then if so much as a battery is missing they will charge an obscene amount to replace it.
