              This company was sent by American Home Shield. On 8/8/22 an employee named ***** came to my house and look from 2 ft away at my garbage disposal and said I need a new one because it is leaking. Then he went upstairs and unclogged my shower drain. He did not look at my shower valve or my shower head because he stated that the work order did not say to look at the valve. I tried showing him it did but he did not want to look. When I got the report from AHS it stated he did all kinds of work and he did not. they submitted false information. the young man did not seem to have his plumbing license.

              Do not call them. They were called out to my house BY AHS warranty to unclog my tub and fix the shower head leak. The guy showed up looking hung over. Did nothing and said he'll send the estimate to AHS. AHS said they were given an estimated cost of $1,055 for repairs. I wanted to move forward with the estimate, and it took me 2 weeks to get ahold of them (calling nonstop). When they finally picked up, they told me the estimate was false and couldn’t do the work!! And they couldn’t unclog the tub because it was not covered. When I called AHS they said it was? This company charges the call out fee but does not provide real service. Home warranty scammers.
