I’ve never witnessed this amount of unprofessionalism in any business all my years with any storage unit I’ve been treated kindly these people must be in the business of trickery and robbing people of they’re most prized sentimental possessions I was in tears today after being robbed and talked to rudely hung up on after confirmation by property maneuvers Beatriz and Felix whom lied and said they would waive all fees if 300 was paid today then I had family pay the 300 and deceitfully Felix lies and says there is a balance and there is no entry unless additional fees over a hundred more dollars was paid … in such a hardship this is pure evil to swindle money from struggling families just to auction off priceless family heirlooms they prey on people rather then protect peoples items I believe this with all my heart the way I was treated by these people and bold face lied to I want legal action be brought against them immediately filed !!!!

Derrells Modesto, Tunson Ave Location. I had been initially a victim of attempted theft of a catalytic converter there. Was never notified.Found out when I was taking the CL A RV out for a camp trip. I paid out of pocket for the repairs,the management was rude, and condensending. I notified the corporate office no response. Fast forward, (4/10/22) the catalytic converter was stolen from that facility less than 6 weeks later, again I was not notified, had to find out whilst moving the CL A. RV. All I got was sorry, but we now have added a camera. With the prior thefts,this should have done sooner. In order to get my claim handled, I advised the claim adjuster to go to the storage with my code, and space number to adjust the loss. The adjuster "just followed" a car in. While adjusting my RV, she was acosted by the older fat spectacled groundsman, she identified herself, showed official paperwork with Id, and was told she had to leave,the premisis or would have cops called. The groundsman was aware of my loss, and easily could have allowed her to complete a possible 10min inspection She was there with my permission had code, name , space number etc. I went to the facility to address this issue, and they straight up lied, stating they knew nothing about the adjuster ( adjuster id'd him to a tee") , and there was no interaction with the adjuster. The groundsmans, was in the office and lied to my face. The incompetance there with the staffing is reprehensible.I pay good dollars for this facility, and the staffing, are unprofessional , def do not have any critical thinking skills, and easily could have made the stress of my two financial loss's at their facility easier by allowing the Mercury Insurance Rep to complete a simple , two picture taking process,and a written report, after having been properly id, she was dressed professionally and acted as such ,stating profusely she was there at my request and for my benefit to adjust the loss.

Worst storage ever, made me move the existing trailer to another spot for renovation then charged me more per month. Don’t go here!
