Around 8/16/2021, I dropped off my service truck to Nobile so that they could do a spray on bed liner. A couple days before I dropped the truck off I spoke to one of the owners and went over what I wanted done in detail. There was a few holes and imperfections that I had specifically asked about, and he said that they would take care of it and not to worry about it. The owner also stated at the time that it would be a 1-2 day job, and I agreed to that time frame. At that time I felt 100% confident that they would do the job correctly/professionally. When I went to pick up my truck a couple days later, I walked around the truck to inspect the job that they did. At that time, before the truck was released to me, and it was still at their property I noticed several imperfections, issues, and missed spots that I immediately brought to their attention. The employee I spoke to said they would take care of it, but I would need to make an appointment and bring it back at a later date. The employee also stated the owner was aware of the situation and would contact me. Approximately 10 days had went by with no contact, so I called the owners cell phone and he said he would check the schedule and get back to me. A long time went by with no contact (approximately 8-9 months). One day I happened to be driving right by their Clovis location, I decided to stop by in person and talk with the owner. I talked with the other owner. He came out, looked at the truck, he was very nice and professional about it. We walked inside and he immediately made me an appointment to bring my truck back for the following week. I dropped my truck around 5/18/2022 at the Fresno location to get all of the original issues corrected. I was told it would be a few days and I agreed to that. There is more to say but basically I went back to pick up my truck 4 different days, and there were the same or new issues each time. They had the truck for about 5 weeks. The owner told me "Thats as good as it gets"
