This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Horrible customer service. We received a truck to move out of state. Upon starting the truck it made the loudest noise. The rep never said a word and allowed us to drive it off the lot. We took 2 days to load the uhaul just to return it to get the tow dolly and have a rep inform us that the catalytic converter had been stolen off of the truck. We were told the “new guy” didn’t know and allowed us to take it as is. We were told we had to unload 2 days of work and load it into another uhaul. This put us an entire day behind our moving schedule. When asked for assistance to load our vehicle into the tow dolly, we were told “I don’t have the help” because other employees were on lunch. I fully intend on filing a complaint with the BBB as there was absolutely no compensation or assistance to us for this lack of inspection and error. Completely infuriating.Review from Shannon R.

I've rented from I U-Haul Multiple times. I recently rented from U-Haul and during the time of pick up the representative did not explain to me that the vehicle needed to be cleaned or else I would've clean the vehicle upon return. I returned the vehicle as I do every time with the same gas I as rented the vehicle from. U-Haul charged me $131 for a cleaning fees, gas and other service charges and I called customer service they were not helpful at all I did get a callback from a manager who is willing to give me a refund of $55 which does not satisfy my dispute on charges so I am leaving this review here it will not be removed unless I get my refund in full for the $131 and I will also be posting this to the Better Business Bureau. Did you know that one bad review is worth 10 customers not supporting a business? I hope the $76 dollars was worth losing hundreds.
