This is in regards to the rainsoft system I purchased through home quality services it was purchased and installed in 2017 we got it serviced in 2022 i was informed that i had 30 days to have a tech come back out and take a look at it to ensure it was operating correctly, there would be no charge when i called the office within those 30 days, i was told that if there was nothing wrong with it and a tech came out, then there would be a charge i asked to speak with a manager and was placed against barriers the person i spoke with did everything possible to avoid having me speak with the manager when i finally did speak with the manager, ***********************, he was rude and insisted that the system was working perfectly fine without having seen it himself and without sending a tech out i sent email communication and photos suspecting that something wasn't right again, *********************** insisted that it looked fine. i received a call 2 years later to set up a service. from 2022 to 2024 the system was not operating correctly, there was leaks, and the water in the brine tank stayed the same, i never had to replace an of the salt. the tech that came out assessed the situation and did not have the parts to fix it. the soft water system was completely shut off for 2 weeks. there is not adequate communication from the company to the employees to the customers. i was informed the office would call me, but i never received those calls, even when an appointment was set up and the tech didn't show up. then they set up an appointment only to send a completely different tech out, who didn't know what was going on. the person who answers the phone line to schedule is **********************/******. she keeps telling me that they send someone out on xzy date, but i had to explain to her that the system wasn't even fixed during those times and they sent out a tech who didn't know what was going on. i asked why the office didn't give me a courtesy call to let me know it would be a different tech
