The crew came right on time in the morning! Made smart pivots to figure out the best places to put the water filters and the water faucet for the kitchen sink. They wrapped up and gave me a tour of what they had done, they answered questions and made sure I understood how to best enjoy having good water in my home! **** and ****** stopped by for my scheduled appt- they were able to install the reverse osmosis first due to the way my connections were they had to come back but explained really well and with detail what they were going to do for our next scheduled appt. When they returned back they were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They instelled the system in a timely manner. Thank you very much. Really appreciated.

I recently had my Rain Soft water system installed and I cannot be happier. **** and ******* were great installing the system. Very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the system. I love being able to drink my water and the showers are amazing. My hair is not as dry and my skin feels great. Thanks guys for all your help ????

We haven't had soft water now for almost 4 months. Our unit is under a lifetime warranty, they've been out here 5 soon to be 6 times. Can't seem to get it fixed. It's ruining my granite finish, new dishwasher, hot water heater, fixtures, washer, you name it! ***** is very arrogant and rude! He just thinks buy a new unit. What? My is under warranty that's why we have it, just fix it.How many times do they need to come out, I just want my soft water, that's why we purchased a water softener. They're ALWAYS trying to sell something. They have to be held to a standard of getting it fixed before they need to pay for another company to come in and do their job!! I'm so angry on how we are being treated & how we are not getting the use out of our unit. WARNING....Go somewhere else for your needs. And let's not forget the whole house air purification system they sold us. WASTED $$. After about a year of buying it we wanted it serviced. They said they no longer serviced it, or sold it. So now we have another useless, paid for, expensive product. I feel this company is a scam~~If I could leave a 0 star review, i would!

I had my water checked with Quality Home Services, they sent a representive named ******* out of Santa ****. 100% of what was offered became untrue. I have been taken for over $7000. I will list the scam one at a time for a complete water system from rainsoft as well a water filter for my sink 1st. After install back in Dec 2022 ******* never came back to test the installation.2nd. ******* said I would receive lifetime of household soaps. 10 months later after never receiving any offers for soap I called the company to find out I qualified for maybe a years worth of soaps 3rd. When I had the water system installed I also installed a new Water heater and new bathroom faucets installed , Because my water was so hard where I lived,it damages and clogs my pipes. So this is why I invested in this system $7400. Now 10 months later I called and complained my water seems the same, this is when they sent ***** "who was a total pro" ***** checked my water and it was still hard water. ***** took the time to show me how to check if the system was working.4th. I was told I had 24 months free interest if I financed the project, with a $ 170 payment monthly, after 6 months I was being charge $120 a month in interests so only $50 went to the balance. This is horrible experience and I learned not to trust this company. If they had a zero instead of a one that what I would score this company. I am a handshake kind of guy. I am hoping I don't fond anymore issues with this puchase going forward. I woud recommend staying clear of this company

In reviewing your finance terms you were in fact supposed to be on a 24 month no interest plan with all payments going towards the principal for the first two years. When we called to discuss this with HD Financing they acknowledged we submitted it properly but there was an error on their end which they have now corrected. With this corrected you should see all the payments you have made to date applied to the principle amount. They explained you should see this reflected within **** business days, if not please let us know and we will contact them again on your behalf. With regard to the soap products, it is a points program and they are exchanged for products from our third party vendor. When using the points to obtain value packs, the points provide should last a family of four up to five years. Of course you also have the option of ordering other products other than value pack items but this will use up the points assigned faster. We will be providing you and your family additional points to use to make up for the inconvenience involving HD Financing and your loan.We are very glad you liked ************** ***** and we are also happy he was able to take care of your service needs.
