Worst place to go get your glass fixed. Super disappointed, I called the shop to let them know my ****** Camry needed a front windshield replacement. And the guy went on and on that hes been fixing windshields for 35+ years. So I go the first time to get my front windshield fixed and I noticed that same day the employees kept fiddling with the front right side windshield. Once they finished, on my drive home I could hear a whistle. I followed the protocols of making sure my windshield doesnt get wet and that its in a dry spot. I called the shop to let them know that I could hear the whistling coming from the windshield that they just installed and he said its the tape on the windshield. 24 hrs go by and per shop owners instructions he stated it was fine to remove the tape on the outside once we hit the 24hr ***** I can still hear this whistle louder than ever I call him again and he states the glue isnt dry wait a week. A week goes by and my windshield is just making the loudest whistle and it would even leak water inside . So than I go back to get it fixed a second time. As I am leaving the shop I hear this whistling again. I called multiple times and my phone calls were being ignored and sent straight to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails as well as calls. Finally the shop answers my phone call and this time he states that he is not going to fix my windshield blaming it on my windshield frame being bent when this car is brand new, not even paid off and never even has been in an accident. If this statement were true that my windshield frame is bent this should have been notified to me the first time. Very unprofessional and rude.
