      Like other reviewers, if there was a way to give them zero stars I'd do it.Consistently arrived 3 hours later than their three hour window for appointment.Pleasant fellow on the phone makes the appointments then the tech that shows up brings a very negative attitude to say the least. The were chosen by my home warranty company to work on my pool heater. First call did a re-set and assumed the heater was fixed because the control pad then worked. Heater would not heat spa over 79 degrees so I reported it and scheduled another appointment. Tech with attitude looked at the problem, announced that it was worth a shot at replacing the control panel even after I told him that had been done less than two years ago. When he returned for panel replacement he was once again 3 hours later than the window given. I told him he needed to take some classes in punctuality he went into jerk mode and said "you want me to replace the panel or what?" I said no, I didn't want anyone with his attitude working on anything I owned. We argued for a bit, he threatened to leave I told him that was a good plan. When I reported this to the warranty company they attempted to reach them so sort the issue out and could not get either a phone call or a text response to they were sending someone new and I was told they'd most likely remove Ecotech pools from their list of service companies. I told them I thought they'd made a good decision. My advice for potential customers is to avoid this bogus company at all costs.

      This particular customer has been very difficult from the very beginning. Just scheduling he wanted an exact times we are a pool company and things do not always go as planned in our busy time of year. I was late to the job as soon as I exited my vehicle. I apologize to him. He stated we need to take a class on punctuality and became very combative verbally, I advised him I could make the repair as I was there. He continued on with anger I advise. the customer, I could make the repair. As long as he calmed down, he did not want to have it he said he would ruin my reputation because I was late to fix his heater when it was 95 outside. I told the customer if you did not calm down we were going leave we do not have to stand there and be verbally abused, and that he what we was too over the top for us to feel safe to enter his yard. We do not get a lot of complaints as this. The second one ever to the Better Business Bureau we do the best we can. But cannot please everybody. I guess.

      This is, by far the worst pool service I have ever used. It was recommended by my home warenty holder. The technician called me three times and when I connected the call each time all I heard was him repeating over and over "hello, hello, hello, hello" I called him back and he never answered. When he finally did show up he rudely said "you should answer your calls." He parked in my driveway blocking me from pulling out. When I asked him to move because I had an appointment, he shouted, "relax, there's plenty of room for you to get out." I could go on about his assessment of the issue with my pump and filter, but why? I told him to leave because I had no desire to argue with him. He used some colorful language, got in his truck, slammed the door, and sped off down the street.
