    I went to Sunny Salon on 7/26 around 9:45am to remove my previous gel pedicure done at a different salon and wanted to get a new fresh French gel pedicure. The technician, *****, who did my French gel pedicure, was extremely rough with the clippers when she was cutting my nail cuticles. A couple hours passed and I noticed my toes on both feet were very swollen and had puss coming out. I noticed it was infected. Therefore, I went to a different salon the same day to get my feet looked at. The salon I went to the same day to get my feet looked at is called ***** Spa& Nails and is located at *************************************************************. The technician saw my toes and asked what happened to them. The technician was complaining about the previous technician who did my feet and informed me that she could help change the color and even suggested I apply ointment to my infected toes. On July 30, I noticed both of my feet were getting even more infected as it was unbearable to walk or wear any shoes or socks. On 7/30, I noticed my skin around my cuticles was turning black and there was an abundance of pus. Therefore, that late afternoon, around 4 pm, I decided to call *************** Nails to see if they could check my feet to see if I would need to go to the doctor to get both of my feet checked out. However, the technician said she could take a look and help me resolve this matter. On August 15, I noticed my feet were not getting any better, in fact, worse, so I decided to step in to Sunny Salon in hopes that I could show the owner, *******************, the damage of *****'s work. However, ******************* was not in the salon at the moment. So, I showed one of the technicians working at the time named ***, in which *** said my feet look very bad and I need to go to the doctor. *** refused to do service on my feet, and *** forced me to leave the salon as I was crying because my toes were so painful and infected from the damage ***** caused. ******************* refuses to give me a refund for the damage cause
