    Hello BBB,On 2/20/23 I ordered the Reference 500 audio system for my 2021 ****** Tacoma in the amount of $2198.53. The product arrived on 3/1/23 and I completed the install, per OEM Audio specs, on 3/2/23.One issue Im having is with the subwoofer with dedicated amp. It is not working. There is absolutely no sound being produced. The subwoofer sounds the same (nothing) whether it is set to min or *** with the gain control. The other issue Im having is with another control to adjust bass for the other 6 speakers. It does not work either. I have tried both controls independent of each other, and nothing.I have followed their instructions, checked and double checked connections, etc numerous times. My truck interior has been disassembled and reassembled so much that some parts are damaged or altered and will never be the same and need replaced. I have emailed numerous times asking about a solution (fixing/reprogramming the unit or maybe swapping out for a replacement unit). This was first brought to their attention on 3/2/23, again on 3/4/23 and again on 3/9/23. Its now 3/12/23 and absolutely no effort has been made to remedy the problem. They dont seem to take this seriously and as if I dont know what Im talking about. And now they are just ignoring the situation entirely. I have been patient but this has gotten ridiculous.My preference would be to fix the problems and move on. Im not thrilled with the 6 replacement speakers, but I can live with those. But something needs to be done about the rest. All Im asking for is some help and for them to stand behind their product and attempt to fix the issues Ive mentioned. Worst case scenario, if the problem cant be fixed, Id like to return the entire system. That is really upsetting considering the time and effort Ive already put into this.Regards,****

    After purchasing and installing the *** Audio + plug and and play stereo system for my my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Ive had nothing but problems and lack of support. Twenty minutes after installing the system the subwoofer blew up, after the fourth subwoofer expired a representative accused me of abusing the system, mind you not one person I spoke to ever tried to help remedy my issue, they just sent another replacement subwoofer. I eventually gave up and removed their speakers, amplifiers etc. Upon inspection I noticed the audio interface had been rebranded with the *** logo. When I removed their sticker I realized that the original manufacturer is PAC Audio and the unit I was sent was for a ******* Without any apology they said they would send a replacement immediately, I never received a replacement and now when I call they have blocked my number, I can call from other peoples phones no problem except when I say who I am I get disconnected .
